Quick, excellent price, and services. Fixed my Samsung S22 Ultra screen in less than 45 minutes

I came in because I accidentally washed my phone in my washing machine. So I came all the out to San Jose because of all the good reviews Mike has.

This guy is the real deal. He was able to fix my water logged phone. Granted the first initial time I got it back I found it was run hot. He offers a 90 days warranty, he honored that and found some corrosion and was able to fix her up!

Prices are pretty decent and he's really fast. Great guy and I feel like he can fix anything! Thanks Mike!

Mike Tan is a wonderful, fair and trustworthy wizard of technology. To suggest he simply repairs phones is to suggest a medical student does open heart surgery.

I've asked Mike for his help on two occasions. In August, 2023, Mike repaired my Apple laptop after I spilled beer all over the mouse. Mike repaired the computer in 2 hours. My wife broke the same laptop last Thursday by grabbing the screen. Mike repaired my computer to a condition so perfect on Friday (in only 30 minutes) that my wife thought I purchased a new computer.

Mike does what he says he will do and charges what he tells you. If you find a better technician, let me know.

Walked in around 1:50pm without an appointment or anything, Mike tells me the screen replacement of my Iphone 11 would be done in about 15 minutes. He did not lie as I came back and he hands me a brand new screen phone From then, I also asked to add a screen protector as well for extra protection. He gladly applies with extra fee. That took him like 5 minutes or less. Super happy I went to Mike's repair shack. With the OEM selection, the service totaled to $120 which isn't bad considering the 90 day warranty and fast service!! I would recommend this shop for quick easy repairs on phones!!

While it may be in the back of a liquor store, don't let the settings fool you: this is a first rate repair business. Excellent prices, fast service, and a pleasure to do business with. Mike is honest, efficient, courteous and does outstanding work.

I brought in an iphone with a cracked screen. Mike quickly replaced the screen within 15 mins, and I was on my way. He was very friend and the price was fair.

Extremely late review. Mike managed to get my water-logged phone working so that I could import my data from my old phone to my new one back in 2020. Reasonably priced and quick!
