Update to my previous review. Mike does not stand behind the quality of his repairs. My screen literally fell off like it was not put back on properly and he refused to fix it without me buying a new battery. I asked for my phone back and left. I would never recomendable a business that does not stand behind the quality of their work.

Surprise Surprise my son cracked the screen to Iphone again!!

My son found this place to repair his phone.

We took it in at around 1 pm phone was ready about 45 min later.

Very fast efficient work. They even fixed a separate issue he had with his phone free of charge.

Charge was $100.00 for the repair.

Parking is kinda hard to find, we had to park down the street, no private parking lot

Very good service at really affordable rates. I had my iPad repaired there for really good price cheaper than other places and the service was great. I would recommend this place and the service was very friendly

I came in this morning to get a new screen for my iPhone. The guy that helped me was friendly, prompt, and professional. Great job I will definitely keep coming back and I will recommend to family and friends.

Located along E 14th next to a haircutter boutique, PhoneGeeks repairs, resets, fixes, replaces, etc. all things phones... and at a really reasonable price!

Me, my phone, and the ground (especially gravel) are best friends. I've dropped my iPhone 6S Plus at least 20 times. I've had my screen replaced at least 7 times. Of those times, I had brought my phone to Mike at PhoneGeeks to replace its screen about 4 times. I will make the trek to San Leandro (and I live almost 100 miles away) for my phone repair needs because I know PhoneGeeks will take care of it.

This last incident, Mike was able to replace my screen, clean my charging port/hole thing, and threw in compatible charging cable/box - all in under an hour and for under $80.

Also, shoutout to the girl in the front. I didn't catch her name, though!! She was super nice to us and the customers before us - treating them as if she's known them all her life.

In the end, definitely sealed the deal with this last time and will make the drive to PhoneGeeks whenever I need a repair!

My iPhone screen cracked and my husband recommended me to come to this place.

When I walked in I was immediately greeted by a woman who told me they can fix my screen, it would be 45 minute wait and that I could drop my phone off and pay when I come back, so I did.

When I came back my phone wasn't quite finished and she was very apologetic and sparked up conversation. Her and her husband were super sweet and accommodating, and I found out it was like a mom and pop kind of place. I waiting a while for my phone to finish but I didn't mind because the customer service was on 100% she even gave me a discount and a warranty. I left before my battery was charged and had a message on my phone telling me that I needed to connect to iTunes and that my phone was disabled. I returned two days later to see if they can help and they were more then happy too. connecting my phone to their laptop, restarting my device, letting me use their personal cell phone and trying different ways for my phone to stop being disabled.

Unfortunately nothing worked it was my phone carriers problem but the fact that they took time out to help me in anyway that they could was very much appreciated. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs their screen fixed.

Other than being early (Yelp's fault not the business's), I *LOVE* this place! Mike has helped me with a battery replacement (wouldn't hold a charge), cracked screen, and more. He knows his stuff, beats competitors' prices, and is awesome to work with. You won't be disappointed.

Phone Geeks swapped out my LG battery while I walked our dog to the dog park down the street and back. Mike, was very nice and did a good job.
