Pierre's Champagne Lounge

Nice spot for the weekend if you can't get in the bouncer take 50 bucks to let in! I hope they share it with the bartender!

I came here with a buddy of mine. We had flown in to Vancouver for a short vacation, and went out bar hopping. After stopping by one place that was too much like a college bar, we were told about this place. So here we came.
At first the bouncer was being a bit hard headed. He claimed some bs to not let us in. However, we knew how to deal with the guy, and we were in.
Inside was a party scene of many attractive people, and an upscale vibe. Drinks were conparable in price to what I pay on Hollywood Blvd in LA. The place was small, but there was quality to be seen.
We had some drinks, mingled a bit, then continued on in our night of debauchery. We plan on coming back, as this place is aesthetically pleasing. And aside from the disagreeable bouncer that we first encountered, the rest if the staff was on point.

If I could give it no stars I really would. Super disappointed after my experience at Pierre's with a few friends.
The door staff/bouncers were nice and were doing a good job checking IDs, regulating the little line, etc.

When we got inside, while one of the aloof bottle girls was quick to hand us a glass of champagne it was done in a pretty rude or "take it and go" kind of manner.

When going up to the bar to purchase a round of four tequila shots for myself and my friends, without asking what tequila I wanted she grabbed the top shelf Don Julio and poured us four shots. Then, she announces to me that it's going to be over $80 for the four shots. As I was buying for friends and a coworker, I was in NO POSITION to be able to say "No, I can't pay that for 4 shots, that's ridiculous", even though that's exactly what I was thinking. Worst part of it is that when someone bought me a tequila shot later in the evening, it was SO much less. They only cost $25 for both. I felt so taken advantage of and heartbroken that that had happened, and left pretty upset about the whole thing. Can't say I'll be returning to Pierre's anytime soon.

Me and a few buddies dropped in here the week before last while visiting Van, and I have to say, i'm not one to usually write reviews but I thought it was worth my time to make the effort. The blonde hostess there who helped us really made our night.
We will definitely be sending our guys there when they're in town next.

Best high end club in Vancouver

Not a big spot, but they treat u right and service is 5 stars

Bottle service is the way to roll, have an open bar but because it is small it can get a little packed

Cute cute cute spot! Super intimate and I would pick this spot over a club any day!

Celebrated my dirty thirty here and had an amazing time! Staff was super on it with anything that was requested and the servers always made sure everything was refilled and cleaned up. I only wished the music choices was like in Miami ( any place in general really ) Add a little reggaeton and Latin style in the mix and I would probably be there every weekend ‍

Spotted some cool celebrities here as well

Place absolutely sucks. This is a combined review to include the restaurant that surrounds this crap hole. I guess the owners have made it and have stopped caring about how their business presents.

1st complaint: Over staffed bar. If you have an overstaffed bar I'd expect for you to keep up on the cleaning but no, glasses sit on tables and the staff hasn't figured out the purpose of beverage napkins. This is a philosophy of the general manager, if he wanted tidy bar space he would have it. From what I've seen he spends all his energy on getting laid.

2. Get your employees off their cell phones. I understand it "how you run your business". The look is pathetic. To have some fat sloppy guy staring in his phone while people walk out and his response is "next time make a reservation" is sad. He is lucky he didn't get slapped. I am single and from out of town how or why would I make a reservation?

Anyway, first time back in the Couv for 10 years. Twelverose was an amazing bar 10 years ago too bad the weren't to keep the same spirit alive. They were fabulous ambassadors to BC at the time but now they are just some same old commercialized place.

I will say something positive: chicks that appear to have money hang out here.

I don't know Vancouver that well but I'm sure the cool is someplace else.

Poor customer service. Servers pour out half the bottle then take the remainder to the back of the bar. You do not receive what you pay for. Manager did not know how to deal with disgruntled customer. Only plus was the DJ. Would not go here again

Oh Pierre's! You bad. You boujee. You're the best club/lounge that Vancouver's got. Pretty exclusive, good music... and no kids running around in here.

I have been here twice and both times I felt a little out of place. I do love a nice classy lounge but my experience the first time was that the female bartenders had no time to serve other women (I assume they make more money by serving men). The second time I was even almost charged 2 different prices for the same drink and when I brought it to her attention she seemed mad at me. I saw the other women show her how she rang it in so that it was $15 something instead of $17 something and she pretty much threw down the bill and angrily said the new price. Like I was inconveniencing her for not wanting to pay the $2 extra for the same drink. For dollar reference it was for a dirty kettle one martini. Not top shelf but not Smirnoff either.

The clientele there consisted of some men in suits (attractive) and some women trying to find men paying for bottle service to strike up a conversation with...eluding to gold diggers? You betcha! I am neither!

It is very small inside and the decor and set up are cool, although I think you need bottle service to sit at a table. Luckily we ran into old friends so we were able to sit with them which was the one redeeming factor.

The second time I went, I was with a big group and we also had bottle service. I would say that this place is not trying to target female customers. Our table was in the corner and near a post and in between the two was apparently a small corridor for the servers to walk through which meant they were constantly walking through our area, often pushing people out of the way and none too impressed with anyone, I saw no smiles.

Every time someone orders champagne they light these sparkler things which are pretty but smell terrible. Then the women come serve it and do a little dance, I am totally fine with strip clubs, when I want to be there but this was just kind of annoying, like I know you have breast so do I and so do all the girlfriends of the men we are sitting with - GAUGE YOUR CUSTOMER!

As far as "lounges" go, this place was so loud, I could barely hear anyone when trying to have a conversation. It was also hot as hell inside.

The DJ seemed nice and even played my request a little later in the night.

But a DJ and decor do not a place make. I would not willingly go back again!
