Hands down the best pool service EVER! Love Love Love Cooper! He was responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and affordable. The cost for upgrading my pool heater and pool pump was WAY better than the other pool service I was referred to by my friend, by far. I am so glad I went with Pinnacle Pool and am going to recommend their weekly swimming pool service to clean my parents pool who live in Orinda and are looking to replace their current pool service.

Great experience with Cooper for my pool heater replacement. He quoted me a really good price and stood behind it. Even when there ended up being additional work needed he never altered the original quote. He did an excellent job and it was really nice to work with someone with such integrity and professionalism. I will definitely be using him in the future!

My pool just developed a suction leak and was getting air bubbles into the returns. The pump was also sucking air, collecting air into the view chamber. I emailed Cooper and he suggested I replace the o-rings in the three way suction valve. Bingo ! a correct diagnosis and easy fix. Thank You Cooper. Definitely my Pool Guru. Highly, highly recommended!!!

Cooper and his team did a beautiful pool remodel for me. I was losing water every day and I knew it was time to address my pool issues. Cooper is very knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He identified the problem as the skimmer, which he promptly replaced and the leak stopped. I then asked him what a remodel would cost. He was very interested in giving me several options that would fit in my budget, and at the same time, give me the aesthetic result I was looking for. I told him that I liked the classic tile that I had. He looked at it, thought it was in good shape, and offered to polish it for me rather than replace it. The polished classic tile looks beautiful with my new, replastered pool! Cooper was so pleasant to work with. I cannot be more pleased with every aspect of this job! I am already recommending him to my friends.

Can't say enough good things... I broke a filter unit on Sunday, reached out via yelp and they responded Sunday night. He was here Monday afternoon and in a couple hours had a new filter unit piped in and working. That's awesome.

I called a few pool companies in the greater Walnut Creek / Concord / Pleasant Hill area. Many went to voicemail, some said they weren't accepting new customers (without even screening the nature of the call), yet Cooper not only took my call, he came out that day in order to take a look at a loud noise coming from my equipment.

Cooper was kind enough to push to make it to my house despite a busy schedule and while temps were over 100 degrees. Not only did he take a look he saved me money by finding an aftermarket pump that matched the rest of my equipment.

He was honest, fixed the problem quickly later that week, and saved me money. His cleaning service is actually more affordable than mine too, and with twice the visits. I am going to call him for all repair matters and weekly cleaning moving forward.

Cooper is the man. Hooked me up with a new pump at a very fair price and did an A+ job hooking it all up. I don't know a lot about pool equipment and cooper took his time explaining to me the pros and cons of my options and in the end got me up and running at a price I'm happy with.

We have used Pinnacle Pool to service our pool for the past couple of years. Everything was good until recently when Cooper started using other people servicing our pool. Although we still pay $95 dollars a month for service every week it looks like we don't even come close to that. Since June 23rd his company has only been out 7 times when it should have been 20 times. Not to mention that the guy he sends out spends 25 minutes sitting in his car doing who knows what before spending 3 minutes "taking care" of our pool. Today broke the camels back. Instead of putting the pump on top of the pool cover to pump the water off he just left. This is the service you use to take care of your pool! The pump is literally sitting next to the pool equipment!

Called Cooper and explained my booster pump was not working. He first checked breakers and circuits to make sure the pump was the problem.
He ended up replacing the pump and checking the sweep function. Great speedy service on a rainy day

We are in the middle of a yard renovation and the pool company we had hired was not responding to repairs needed quickly as we had contracted them for. So, I called Cooper. He called back within two hours and though he was very busy offered to come help with temporary repairs till he had time to come back to keep our yard renovation going. Appreciated his help, gave me some hope! The pool company did respond finally and we did not need his help but will definitely keep him on file for future needs. Thanks Cooper!!
