The start is soo cool here it's hard to complain. I work in customer service so I definitely know how tough it can be and also how on the customers behalf you represent the business, they definitely do it well as my first time at this gym. Unlike the other one I am familiar with they don't have a candy bucket but they do have a way better selection of energy drinks . The crowd and tv channel selection is great here. The place seems a lil compact but it works out great because everything you need is close . I saw a movie and decided to hit up the gym talk about a perfect location.

The employees are no help and they have a really bad attitude they don't help you out on shit and they should learn how to do their job Properly (Brendie and Denice) have to learn how to really do their job they kicked us out for asking them for help (DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM Very bad service

Find other gyms this club is really bad and the manager is no help at all they should be fired they are in there phone the whole time and don't like to help customers worst gym ever. GYM IS DIRTY AND OVERCHARGING

It's a hit or miss depending on what time and which day you come. I've been here when it's sparse and clean and on those days it's nice to have a gym in close proximity to go to....

Then there are the days when it's packed and dirty with smells of BO, sweat, and weed all over the place (in the massage chair room, in the locker rooms, as you walk by certain people in the gym floor...). The bathrooms are always wet (they don't offer paper towels in the bathroom so the countertops and floor are inevitably wet) and the some of the lockers are broken. And you're always looking for an open weight machine because there's so many people.

The equipment is for the most part ok. Some are worn or banged up or needing repair. Wish they had duplicates for some of the machines because the wait to use some can be tedious. Can't say much about the staff. They do seem understaffed though.

It's janky and kinda small and I'm sure there are better Planet Fitnesses around. Unfortunately I'm stuck with this one for now.

There was cop right when I walked in asking for a member ship information customer service is lacking quality and quantity. Very small over packed lack of equipment broken amenities such as a lockers and up keep. police are they very frequently due to theft and lack of stuff lack of staff hiring to up keep every thing i would recommend honestly so not go to this gym at all wait for the San Bruno City recreational center to open up you can tell this gym is barely keeping everything together

Great fitness I always recommend people to try this fitness, but only this the first time I see they have shower problem please fix this as soon as you guys can.

Despite a few reviewers stating they found the gym very clean. I discovered just the opposite on a couple of occasions. On one occasion I alerted the young manager to the problem, and he took care of it right away. I apologized for complaining but he told me "It was my gym."

On another day I found a couple of hand soap dispensers empty and alerted the very young man at the front desk. His response was telling me they were no doubt broken. I was about to suggest he could check them for me. Thankfully, another gentleman heard our conversation. He grabbed a hand soap refill package and had the so-called broken hand soap dispenser up and running in less than 30 seconds.

Today I brought to the attention of the front desk a large amount of dust on a section of the gym floor. I offered to show a staff member the location of the dust. The response of a young women to that statement was one of those "If looks could kill" moments. She never thanked me for bringing the issue to the attention of the staff. This highlighted to me the comment I read in another review that the front desk staff needs training on customer service.away

Very clean. Friendly staff. And the crowd meter is accurate. Im a guest and this is my first time going to a gym where u only hear music and clanking. No huffing and screams which are so annoying.But definitely recommend to those who are looking for a nice peaceful workout place. Not for the attention seekers. And you can use the crowd meter to monitor when it's full, that's when you know the attention seekers are present. I like to go when the meter is at 1 sometimes 2 if I really need to pump something. But it's nice.

For a "judgment-free zone" it sure is a judgmental place. Would not recommend if you actually lift heavy because you get people harassing you for the way you workout, particularly if you're a young small woman like me, having men twice my size and age harass me for working out. Embarrassing, childish, and ridiculous of not only them and their lack of upbringing, but the gym for not doing anything about it.

I've trained at 5+ gyms (real gyms), began coming to this location out of convenience as opposed to my usual gym where I am working towards a 300-pound deadlift, currently at 250+ pounds. While there are no barbells here, I am still able to complete other compound exercises to aid my hypertrophy and strength goals. In doing so, I've been harassed by several men twice my size, abruptly interrupting not only my workout but everyone else's to criticize my workout and resting (which, has only happened here at Planet, not any other real gym I've been to). Guess what, when you lift heavy, like 1.5-2x your body weight, you get tired and need to rest. Not rocket science, but apparently it is.

Not everyone trains the same and not everyone has the same goals; working out is not one-size-fits-all. Their hostility and harassment for perpetuating these notions isn't something gyms should tolerate.

Sure, I'm probably not the target audience; that doesn't excuse creating a hostile workout environment going against the entire intent of Planet Fitness, so I'll be canceling.

I like that this gym is across the street from me. That's the only reason I go here. But, overall, it's a terrible gym due to lazy employees and poor leadership. There is garbage all over the floors, random weights not where they should be, water faucets that don't work, equipment that's always broken, I could go on forever. Employees don't give a shit about this place. They gather at the front desk and are on their phones instead of sprucing up the place. They even watch videos with the volume way up. Overall, this is the worst PF I have ever been to. Hands down.
