Clinicians and staff are very kind and polite.

The first time I came, I was in and out within 30 min.

Unfortunately wait times are all over the place. My appointment was at 10:30, I was not brought back until 11:15, then waited bottom out for almost an hour to be seen by the clinician.

They are very understaffed.

I have only been to this location a couple of times but I really like this location. I feel safe, heard and prioritized. I have had been called to follow up on paper work and I really appreciate that. I kept my health insurance so that I can continue to come to this location.

This place is a joke.

I'm still waiting here to be seen LOL as I'm writing this.
It's been over an hour.

The nurses kept saying yeah we only have 1 nurse here and you'll be the last person. Honestly, if you can't see me around my appointment time why did you allow me to make an appointment for the allotted time? Telling me constantly Oh it will be soon you will be seen in a bit.

Will not be returning. Hate this place. So negative. So slow. So inefficient. Waste of my time.

Horrible wait time after they take you in . The front desk is professional and kind and the medical assistants who take you in were all professional and quite genuine in their mannerisms. I did not like the physician assistants or BSNs ; it was hard to tell what they were but I do believe they were not MDs. I didn't get full explanations and they were generic non genuine responses . It was a red headed woman I need to look into my records to contact
their customer service ; the services for basic ob gyn needs is more than my regular providers . I wouldn't go to this location again because of the long wait for nothing and the lack of knowledge and the corrections she gave me when I was trying to guess what could be wrong with me .

I had a very pleasant experience here, even during covid! Lee was a joy and great help, answered any and all questions I had.
I would say if you have an issue waiting, be sure to schedule an am appointment :)

I had such a great experience at this clinic yesterday. The staff were super friendly from the moment I checked in. I felt very safe from the moment I checked in and the facility is really clean.

There really wasn't a wait time at all. My appointment was at 2:50 PM and I came in a bit earlier and checked in. You can tell they really care about their patients. This location is great and parking is not hard to find as long as you don't mind paying for meter parking.

Amazing! I had a delightful experience here. Location-wise it was easy to find parking (meter though) and the inside of the building was very clean and organized. I'm super squeamish so getting my nexplanon implant removed had my nerves a wreck. The staff however were super accommodating and friendly, I was running late for my appointment time so I called ahead and they stated it was okay. They (both the front counter nurses and the practitioner who did the procedure) comforted me about the procedure and made small talk which had me feeling so much better about it. Such a kind bunch of staff who finished everything quickly & to the point, I was in and out very fast with minimal to no wait time. They take informed consent very seriously which I absolutely appreciate. I'm so grateful for how kind they were. I would definitely come back again and recommend this team 100%!

Clean office and was empty when I came in, there was no available appointments, but they squeezed me in anyway. Thank you. Receptionist/assistant was nice and know how to be private. I don't like when u go and they asking u personal question while everyone can here. Yes please take me to the back room. I don't want everyone to know my last cycle or anything else personal for that matter. Lol! So thanks to this plan parenthood

I had a good experience as it was my first time. I was a bit nervous and didn't know what to expect. I was in and out in 30 minutes. ( I had a scheduled appointment, not sure how long the wait is for walk ins.) Staff is super friendly. All of my questions were answered and they made sure I had everything I needed before I left.

My wife has a appointment for today and we got here on time and the nurse did check us in and we wait here for like 1 hr past of our appointment time already and the nurse said so sorry we're running late but this is not the first time we are visit and also the nurse put on the same excuses so annoying so upset about why people's can not be respecting people's time just want to let everybody know if you guys in hurry for work or something else don't come here just go somewhere else please. OM.................G !!!!!!! Jesus very bad appointment time manage and sucks!!!
