Platinum Auto Detail

I would like to start this review by saying this auto detailing shop is amazing. I called on a Friday for an appt on a Monday and they had no problems getting me in. Monday came around and I called to see if I could bring it in earlier than my appt time and they had no problems with me doing that. From my official appt time until I got the call that they were done was about 5 hours, but they cleaned the interior to show room quality, and the exterior to include the wheel wells and the engine compartment. The vehicle looked like the day we bought it, and that is what they promised. The cost was 160 for my 2011 GMC Acadia that was quite dirty on the inside. The outside of the vehicle had not been washed in months as well. This is the second time I took my vehicle there and I am definitely pleased with their service personnel and the workmanship. I will be taking my other car there in the near future. Thank you guys for doing such a great job.

My Tundra was over sprayed by a neighbor painting his fence. The Toyota dealer recommended them. I met with the team and got a no BS reply. They exceeded expectations and did not once attempt to upsell me or price adjust. They kept their promise and delivered my truck back to me better than it originally came from the dealer with only 8 miles on it.

Vernon is amazing. Great prices. Honest advice on what can be done, and options for getting there.

I borrowed my brother's truck- he's a smoke and I took the truck here to get the smell out.. instead of up charging me to shampoo etc. , the guy said he could do a smoke treatment "bomb" and vacuum it out... Worked great!
30 bucks and I was on my way!

Husband dropped dropped off my car last minute on Valentine's Day as a gift and they went above and beyond in the short amount of time, My car was A NASTY mess of chicken nugget crumbs...kid messes and spills , dog hair etc! They made it feel like a new car! Amazing!

Took my car in last minute to have it detailed on Saturday morning after someone cancelled on me. Virgil was seriously amazing. I had my infant with me and had to wait for my husband to finish at swim lessons with my toddler before he could come get me. Virgil helped me carry the car seats inside, offered to make it cooler in the office, and provided great service from the beginning. He looked at my car, gave me a quote, and did a fantastic job.

It was about 2-2.5 hours to finish our car. The seats looked great, all pet hair was removed from the inside, and the engine looked phenomenal. I was super happy with the end product and will continue to use them in the future.

They are a little tucked away on Sioux, but drive slowly and you'll catch them!

My 1995 Jaguar XJS needed loving-tender-care and I had Platinum Auto Detail detail the engine. BEAUTIFUL job, better than I had hoped for. It was done quickly and on time. $65.00 was not cheap, but certainly worth it. Thank you!

I had a car wash emergency today, I had went to a automatic car wash at a different location and the water stopped flowing just as the soap was put on! I arrived at Platinum Auto Detail and explained my dilemma. They took my car in immediately and got it looking perfect! They're so efficient and reliable! It's our go to car detailing shop! Keep up the good work guys!

As far as I'm concerned this is the only place to take your vehicle. They are meticulous to every detail and make you feel at home if you happen to be stuck there while your vehicle gets a make over:) My truck looks amazing. I could not be happier. They are so professional and kind. Their prices are extremely reasonable and their work cannot be beat. Best detail service I have EVER HAD.

If I could give it NO STARS, I would. We brought our car here to detail before we sold it. At over $100, we were expecting a thorough job.
I have to say, they cleaned the engine and the car floors very well, but they messed up the display screen with their cleaning agent. By "messed up", I mean RUINED.

I contacted the manager right away to address the issue. He was apologetic and offered to replace the screen. However, when I tried to reach him again, he was not available and did not answer.

Save your car and go done where else.

Best kept secret of El Paso. Don't bother going to other places that over charge you for a mediocre job. I brought my car after having a friend had a drunken "accident" in my car. My passenger seat got the brunt of my friend's stomach contents, but the rest of my car was actually pretty clean. Now I know trying to go to businesses that deal with bodily contents was not going to be easy. Other places I called wanted to charge me close to $200 to clean my car, despite that I cleaned up most of it, and the rest of my car was pretty clean. Finally, I decided to come here after a friend recommended me to them, and he also mentioned they do all the detailing for the local dealership on their used cars. First, customer service was on point. They did not give me a disgusted face like other businesses when I told them what was in my car. Secondly, he actually looked inside my car, and gave me a reasonable estimate based on how dirty it was. To get my total car detailed, $85! They look at the total car, and make an estimate. He noted that the rest of my car was actually pretty clean, and most of the work was going to be in one area. When I got my car back, you would have never known there was a problem. Like brand new.

We had our SUV taken in after years of being the girls team softball taxi. They got out all the red clay stains, blue and red gatorade spills, fine dirt, snack and hand imprints. It smelled and looked new! They did a great job and let us know before hand that they needed a little more time. The location is good as it is walking distnce to eats and drinks. I would and have recommended them to other softball moms.
