We are thrilled to have found Plumbing Pure. Tom came out to help us with our leaky toilet whose tank wouldn't reliably fill. He gave us a thorough review of the issues and walked us through his recommendations. Not only did we get the toilet looked at within a day of reaching out for an appointment but it was fixed the next day and all for a very fair price. We're in need of replacing a pedestal sink and are so happy to know we found a plumber we can trust! Tom also helped re caulk our kitchen sink after we asked him if it needed it. It's such a small thing but has made such a difference.

This guy is OUTSTANDING. I called after 8pm on a Tuesday. Not only did he show up within 30 minutes, he knew everything about my obscure, tankless water heater. Just awesome.

He was responsive, thorough in diagnosing my problem. He gave me options to fix it depending on the budget. Come the day of the water heater replacement he was on time, courteous, clean, and showed me all the work once completed. Very neat and super nice. I'll happily call him again for the next plumbing job.
