I inherited my parent's house which was built in 1954 and the dryer FINALLY died! They seriously don't make them like they used to; but anyways, the gas line was definitely not up to code! Hahaha.

I knew Best Buy, when they delivered the new dryer would not touch that gas line with a 69ft pole. Nahun Garcia came out, we had a laugh about this ancient build and he said "no problem". Originally we were just gunna add a valve shut off to satisfy Best Buy, but he ran a whole new gas line from the source and ripped out all the WW2 era piping. The work he did was pure art. Really added value to the house...and now probably won't blow up and be on the news about a gas leak.

I'm going to these guys for everything from now on. Quality is second to none. Nahun better be her every time! And they better give him a damn raise!

Woof woof fellow furballs and their humans... I had the pleasure of meeting the coolest humans ever--Mario who came first then Austin, the Plumber, and his buddy Aaron, who rolled up in this snazzy pink truck that smelled like adventure (and maybe a little bit like last night's dinner).

When Austin walked in, I gave him my best "Who are you and do you have treats?" look. And guess what? He passed the vibe check with flying colors! Austin gave me a good belly rub, and Aaron gave me a pat on the head that made me feel like the top dog in town.

These guys brought in a bunch of shiny, gold, hollow tubes. I thought, "Wow, this is the fanciest fetch game ever!" But instead of tossing them around, they took them to the garage and started cutting them up and putting them back together. I didn't get it, but my human mom was watching closely, nodding and smiling, so I figured they knew what they were doing.

Austin and Aaron worked together like a well-trained pack, and even though I had no idea what they were doing, they seemed super nice about it. They kept talking to me like I was part of the team--Austin even asked if I approved of his work. Of course, I wagged my tail and gave him two paws up!
My mom looked really happy with what they did, and she's pretty picky when it comes to people messing around in our den. So if Mom's happy, that's a big deal!

By the time they left, my house was safe from whatever water-monster they were battling, and I had two new human pals. And guess what? I heard Austin is coming back! I can't wait! Maybe this time, I'll get a closer look at those golden tubes. I'm pretty sure they'd make the best chew toys ever.

So, if you're a dog who needs to protect your humans' plumbing or just want to meet some really cool guys, Austin and Aaron are your go-to team. They're not just good at their job--they're dog-approved!

P.S. Austin, if you're reading this, don't forget to bring more belly rubs...and maybe one of those tubes for me to chew on! Ruff!

Over the last several years, I have had someone from Plumbtree out to the house. I have been happy with them each time. This time it was because my kitchen sink hose had sprung a leak from some sort of tear. After spending several hours over the course of several days to, remove and replace myself I gave in and brought in the professionals.

Anthony came out and we discussed whether it made sense to replace the torn hose or replace the entire faucet. I had already bought a faucet I liked at Costco.

In the end, I decided the old faucet had served well for at least some 16 years. Let's replace with something new from the YouTube videos also seemed more likely to be simpler to deal with in the future.

Anthony said to work and completed it in less than two hours. Hurrah! It's always good to have a recurring positive business experience and so I'm happy to share this with you.

Prompt, communicative, friendly, and trustworthy, Anthony from Plumbtree far exceeded our expectations. He fixed our plumbing problem quickly and did not try to upsell us. His advice seemed to have our best interest in mind. I can't recommend them high enough.

Thank you Anthony for clearing the clogged drains. I couldn't believe it when he pulled this out of our shower drain! I appreciate how quickly Anthony came out to the house, on a Sunday, and he even gave me a great recommendation on a shower drain which will catch the hair.

Plumbtree and Anthony have been very easy to work with, and the receptionist was courteous and helpful on the phone and made the appointment right away.

A bonus is that Anthony went into the crawl space and found some irregularities with some of the work that had been done with a different plumber. He took 27 photos (!) to show me what he saw. I think my husband and I need to have a discussion with the contractor who did the work, and perhaps call out Plumbtree again to fix the problems.

I really wanted to give 5 stars and the work itself that was completed seems well done, however, the process to get there had some issues and we wish we had choices like initially promised.

I reached out via their website and scheduled an appointment for a faucet issue. We had an appointment the next day and Anthony arrived on time. He was personable, professional, and easy to talk to. We were really happy with the service at this point and were looking forward to the work to be completed.

Somehow the communication from that point broke down. Anthony had suggested a particular faucet. We were unsure of it. He said he would return and have a couple to choose from. We thought that idea was great. When we asked about a return visit, he said that needed to be done with scheduling and they would call us later that afternoon.

Neither of these things occurred.

I texted the next morning and did receive a quick reply - with an appointment for two days later (3 days after Anthony's initial visit). I realized that Anthony would not be returning and I was concerned, but we needed the repair, so we kept the appointment.

David arrived with a different faucet - one faucet. He offered more than once to go back to the store, return it, and get a new one if we didn't like it, but we had nothing to compare it to and no suggestions. It also felt like more work to send this person back to get a faucet. In other words, we felt bad. It was not his fault since he was not well informed. We didn't have any ideas of other faucets that would work; there was no other faucet to compare it to that we knew would fit in it nor did we think we were supposed to do this. Anthony had said he would bring choices, but this was not in David's notes.

The faucet itself was the same shape Anthony had suggested (Anthony picked that shape. It was nothing like what we had, but we were willing to try it.) but had a touch/electric component. The electric component was not mentioned with Anthony and we were unfamiliar with that feature. We were hesitant, but again, we had no other faucet. This is not something we would have chosen on our own and after a few days, I know why we don't like it. I am also not sure with the change of faucet type if the price should have changed.

This is a small business and I am always happy to support small businesses, but given the communication issues, I think it's a concern. We paid a lot for the faucet installation and are not 100% happy with the faucet choice (but it does seem to be installed well). If you plan to use them, make sure you have specifications of what items you want put in or you may be disappointed.

Found Plumbtree on yelp after another company was a no show. I called on a Friday for low water pressure, they did have a Saturday appt available, but it didn't work with my plans. I was surprised when they offered Sunday, I gladly accepted. I received a text that the tech was on his way, which I love, Anthony came out and was very respectful. He answered all my many questions, and most importantly he didn't try to up sale me. He made an educated guess that my issue was my water pressure regulator, quoted me a price and got to work. That did end up being the issue.
I have older pipes, an old softener, and water heater that I foresee needing work on in the future. I will definitely be calling Plumbtree back.
I hate admitting this is true, but as a woman, needing to call for home repairs can be very painful. Anthony didn't talk down to be, and again no up sale.
