I'm super impressed with Polis Plumbing. They came to our house yesterday for a leaking shower and it turned out to be a complicated and difficult repair that they handled smoothly with grace and ease. It is now completely fixed and they left the job site incredibly clean and nice.

I don't think many other plumbers could have so effortlessly solved our crisis. The price was totally fair and reasonable. The team was kind and clearly quite knowledgable.

Polis Plumbing is a class organization that I will definitely be using again for any of my future plumbing needs.

Called a major company for a cost on a water heater replacement and they send out an estimator aka salesman for an estimate and said we had to upgrade from a 50 gallon tank to a seventy-five tank to meet code, which was not true at a cost of over $5,000 and it would take a couple days. Sent him away and called Polis Plumbing, sent pics of the existing water heater and they were onsite in like 2 hours and took just 3 hours for the whole install for a fraction of the cost. Highly recomend!!!!

I contacted Emil thru Yelp and he came out quickly to give us an estimate for replacing our RO system. He didn't push us to make the decision on the spot and gave us time to think our decisions through. When we finally decided to replace the RO, he honored the quote he provided previously which was very reasonable for the install. We purchased the system and he sent a plumber to do the install. My husband was home that day and he said the plumber was on time and got the job done meticulously. My husband asked about our toilet on the second floor and the plumber adjusted some of the settings which fixed the issue (and saved us money on replacing the entire toilet). Polis plumbing is a reliable and honest company. I know who to go to for all my future plumbing needs.

Oh yeah, I waited for a few months to write this review and our RO system is working strong (no leaks).

Great service! I called Emil for helping with inspection report! He came by on time and was wrapping up the inspection when I asked him to take a look at the water pressure for our house as we were facing issues with pressure dropping when more than one faucet was running. He quickly identified the problem with our pressure valve and offered to replace it with a new one for a very reasonable price! Very professional and knowledgeable! Thank you once again!

I have worked with Emil and Polis Plumbing team for years and I have never been disappointed with the promptness of the response, the quality of the service.

My tenants called me saying the water heater was leaking water and so I immediately called Polis Plumbing. After a couple text messages back and forth, Polis Plumbing provided me the remedy, quote, and appointment for the next day! Dimitar came out and within 2.5 hours finished the new water heater installation, clean job, super responsive, and provided pictures of the completed work. Super satisfied once again and I completely rely on them for these types of jobs!

Emil and Oleksii replaced my garbage disposal promptly and cleaned up after themselves. Pricing was very fair too, and I will be using Polis' services in the near future.

Polis Plumbing came to our rescue when no other plumbers would tackle our job! We bought a house that has a really strange, bespoke shower system. When the shower handle started leaking for months we didn't know what to do. Polis has been very responsive, professional, and very fair in pricing. We are very appreciative that they were willing to come tackle our unique plumbing issue. Highly recommend.
