Pond Revival

If I could give 10 stars for Neil (pond revival), I'd gladly do so. For almost a year I had been trying to find some one to fix my water feature. My very able and persistent handyman tried to figure out why the fountains quit working despite a new pump and he couldn't. Then I brought in professionals who work for a pool repair company and they couldn't figure it out either. Then my husband and daughter poked around trying to figure out the problem. No luck!


While scratching my head not knowing what to do next, I came upon some glowing reviews on Yelp about Neil. He initially couldn't figure it out either. But he just wouldn't give up. He kept going until he found out the problem and fixed it. Now we have our lovely water feature again. His prices are fair. He always called to give me a heads up when he was on his way to my home.
On top of being a consummate professional, Neil is also a throughly nice guy! We were very lucky to have found him!

My small pond is once again beautifully clear thanks to Neil and his excellent team member Olivier. Pond Revival is conscientious about the surrounding garden, taught me what dragon fly larvae look like and even diverted the dirty pond water to some trees that would greatly benefit from the fertilizer. I've used Pond Revival for several years now and am delighted with his knowledge, skill, and fair pricing.

We recommend Pond Revival without reservation. Our pond had fallen to neglect over the last few years, but when I tried to find someone to come and resuscitate it, the pond specialists I contacted all told me they only put in new ponds. Then fortunately, I found Neil at Pond Revival. Our pond is now looking terrific again and ready for new fish. What impresses us most about Neil is not only his knowledge, but his passion for his work...as well as his love of all the plants and critters ( frogs, fish, dragon flies, water striders, etc) that live in ponds. He is a true naturalist. It's just wonderful to be able to enjoy our pond again and know that if anything comes up, Neil will have the answer.

Neil Bobo of Pond Revival did a super job on our very overgrown and mucky pond last year. Now it looks great! He planted some lovely water plants, including a beautiful cerise water lily, which is now blooming. I highly recommend his services!

Neil has done a beautiful job reviving my pond once again. I have koi that are over 25 years old in my pond and Neil uses the utmost care to make sure they are safe while the pond is being cleaned out. He has a giant holding tank to keep the koi in while the pond is being cleaned. The age of my koi and their fragility is one of the reasons I wait so long to clean the pond out, but Neil knows about koi needs, and how to treat the water and koi during and after the pond work.

His aesthetic is perfect, and he leaves the pond looking like new again. Ponds like mine should be cleaned out more frequently than I have done, so Neil had a big challenge to fix my pond up. I trust him completely and am so happy about how the pond works and looks now. I would highly recommend Neil for anyone who needs to revive their pond or needs advice and suggestions about their pond!

Super helpful giving us the real, unvarnished details on our old pond. Definitely plan to call him again.

Pond Revival is by far the most wonderful pond service we have ever had the chance to hire for our pond needs. Neil is an absolute master at what he does. His knowledge is extremely extensive and the care/attention he puts into his craft is well noticed and unparallel in the pond field. We have gone through many providers in the past and no one comes even close to the amount of attention given, passion and connection. We have ponds, waterfall features and fountains in multiple properties and Pond Revival has created/maintained them all to perfection. Finding someone in Marin County who not only would revitalize a backyard pond, but also be a very caring and honest individual, turned out to be quite the challenge. After searching the internet for a very long time, I came upon Neil Bobo and his company, Pond Revival. Honestly, I feel so fortunate to have happened upon Neil and his website. He was straightforward, understood what I wanted to have done and provided a quote that was extremely fair. Neil spent additional time driving around the Bay Area, looking for a part that would get my secondary pond pump operational. Over and beyond!! I now, once again, have a beautiful and clean pond, with some very happy fish swimming around. You don't know me personally, but I will share that I don't post to Yelp very often (probably should). I believe that your experience working with Neil will be exceptional. I am very much looking forward to seeing him again in the spring of 2024.

Neil was very helpful and professional. Even though my fountain is vintage and in terrible shape, he understood my commitment to keep it running and beautiful for another 90 years. He also provided me with contact information for other vendors that could help me. All in all, a great experience talking to Neil!
