Pool Whip Pros

My husband and I bought our first home in California and of course it came with a salt water pool. The chlorine system recently stopped working so I gave Pool Whip Pros a call to diagnose the issue.
Wesley came over and walked me through in great detail what each part of our pool system does and how it works. (Way over the top!)
He diagnosed that our salt system was a pretty old unit and we unfortunately had to replace it as it failed and would no longer turn on.

He worked with us to find the cheapest but highest quality unit to replace it with.
It was a super quick turn around from the day of diagnostic to install of our new unit.
He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient with his work.

Would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for basic clean to an install of any new unit.

The pool service quality, responsiveness to our concerns, and overall value are all "5 out of 5 stars" for the team at Pool Whip Pros! Wes, the owner, is knowledgeable, kind, and very hands on both with his team and us, as newer clients. The office manager, Paulina, is very friendly, and she helps relay any specific needs we might have with exceptional speed and is always quick to follow-up; billing has been very easy, too, with emailed QuickBooks Invoices, quick online payment set-up, and straightforward line item descriptions for each month's service.

We had some particularly odd wifi and pool app connection issues (iAquaLink), and Wes and his team of technicians made knowledgeable and cost-friendly suggestions, and even helped with system troubleshooting within my home network - talk about going above and beyond for a client and quickly fixing a technical / somewhat complicated issue! Again, 5 out of 5 stars here.

We've had 2 other pool service companies in the past 5 years, and we gave Wes and his team a try because we just weren't happy with our latest provider and their inconsistency. The whole team at Pool Whip Pros is dependable, nice, and they truly help us understand what's going on with our pool week to week. After recently purchasing a home with a "stock pool", my husband and I were absolutely lost on what steps to take to get it to a functioning level! It looked like someone had completely Jerry rigged a makeshift (too small) pump onto it and the water looked like a swampy science experiment I called multiple pool companies to get estimates/opinions/recommendations on what we could/should do to get it up and running and was only met with negative feedback on how "high maintenance" the stock pool would be. I haven't been met worse customer service than when calling about our above ground little pool.

After doing more searching online, I came across Pool Whip Pros and came into contact with Wesley. IMMEDIATELY he was willing to come out to our home and check out our mini pool situation. Wesley assessed the stock pool and instantly knew that the connected pump was way too small for the amount of water and gave us a couple options on what we could do. We decided to go through the Pool Whips Pros and paid for parts and labor to have a proper pump and filter installed. The work was exceptional and efficient! We are absolutely thrilled to have our stock pool clean and up and running! And we also know, as new "spool" owners, we can reach out to Wesley with any additional questions or concerns!!

I was having issues with my new Polaris skimmer. Andre came out and did his magic, replaced some parts and now my skimmer is cleaning the pool again! Yay!

We bought a 1950s house with a 1950s pool - needless to say the pool pump was hanging on by a thread! When it finally kicked the bucket, Wesley was there to help us. He replaced the noisy, inefficient, power-guzzling pump with a quiet, powerful, modern pump (brand: Pentair) that uses a fraction of the electricity - we've noticed an 80% drop in our electricity usage just down to the pump alone. We save about $4/day in energy cost (a $124 reduction in our monthly PGE bill, aka $1,460/year). And we've gone from twice-weekly filter cleaning to twice-yearly filter cleaning! Not to mention that our pool is now sparkling like we've never seen since we bought the place. I'm extremely happy with Pool Whip Pros and with Wesley, who was a dream to work with. Not related at all - but he also helped me attach a basket to my bike because he saw me struggling with it ;-) What a guy!

This company is awesome, the owner is great. I think that we might be their "problem child" as our pool is aging and we are in need of updating much of it. I am also a nightmare customer and they are always very patient and kind. They try to save us money and always come up with creative solutions, things sometimes that we didn't know were an option. They are responsive, professional, extremely dependable and worth the cost. This is the 5th pool company that we have used in 16 years and by far the best. You can count on this company and their employees to do what they say and do it right. If there are ever issues the owner responds in a very timely manner and seems to be able to fix anything. I strongly recommend.
