Poppytots Soft Play Rentals

Tracy is amazing. I recently hosted a Mother's Day/1st Birthday celebration and Tracy truly helped me pull my vision together. What a smart and great business she has created. The soft play rentals were clean and in pristine condition, the customized ball pit play area was just adorable for photos, and the quality of the bouncy house was 10/10. Tracy also curated a backdrop with photo booth for us and all the decor and photo booth pics are all so cute. I was on the fence about doing the backdrop and photo booth but I am so glad I did! It was so worth it. All the kids had a great time and look forward to the opportunity to work with Tracy again.

I couldn't have imagined a better outcome in soft play rentals and decor for my baby's first birthday! I worked with Tracy in the design including color theme, backdrop images, and balloon displays. I provided a vision and she was able to create something beautiful and cohesive. The kids loved the soft play area, and the guests enjoyed the venue. The delivery, setup and removal of the rentals went smoothly as well. Would definitely recommend and work with them again.

Love!! We had Poppytots set up an outdoor soft play gym (in our garage) for our son's first birthday. A lot of our friend's kids are 1-5 years old so we wanted something they would enjoy, but that our birthday boy would also enjoy. Honestly I was skeptical if the older kids would enjoy the gym, worried it was too young for them. BUT I was proven wrong! It was really fun seeing how all of the 1-5 year olds enjoyed the gym set up, but in different ways.

The service was incredibly easy to set up. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The delivery and set up/takedown were quick and timely. The overall value is completely with the price.

Our friends loved the concept and wanted to use Poppytots for their own future events. And we ourselves will use them again, probably expanding to include a bouncy house next time when our son is 2 or 3!

I selfishly didn't want to leave a review so I could keep Poppytots a secret for myself because the service was amazing! I contacted several soft play rental vendors for my daughter's birthday party and Tracy was one of the first to respond! (Which is relief for mom anxiety when trying to make sure everything for your little one's party is perfect.)

Communication, delivery, set up and clean up was seamless. We requested Sesame Street themed colors and they delivered. The cost is also such an amazing value compares to other vendors (hence the desire to keep Poppytots a secret).

It was an immediate hit for all the kiddos. Even the older 5 year olds were having a blast! Parents were also relieved and grateful that they could stay still and keep an eye on their tots inside the safety of the play area. If you have any event where there are toddlers or babies in attendance, you need to reach out to Tracy/Poppytots for a soft play rental. You won't regret it. We'll be rebooking for future events for sure!

The delivery went flawlessly. We rented a white jumper for a kids room at our wedding and the 10x10 bounce house was a perfect fit for the indoor venue. The bounce house was set up in time for us to open the kids room and the vrew came to pick it up almost right at the end of the wedding. Personally, me and my wife never even saw the delivery crew! Which we were super impressed by. The service itself was a 10/10. Communication for me wasn't perfect. To start with the good, Tracy set up a project portal for me as soon as we came to an agreement, which looks extremely nice and is very professional. Poppytots was able to provide me their certificate of insurance for my venue. However in addition to the COI, the venue also required a signed vendor contract which I wanted to get ahead of time, but I don't think I ever got it. The venue tried calling Poppytots' public number and I also gave them Tracy's number number from the project portal, but they weren't able to get a hold of them. It does sound like the venue was able to figure this out with the delivery crew, and the bounce house was set up beautifully so I cannot knock any points for this since it worked out great in the end everyone thought the bounce house looked incredible from our vendors to the guests. The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves and some of us older guests did as well and it made for many fun pictures.
I would definitely recommend poppytots and book again with them next time I need a beautiful bounce house.

Ultimately I booked with a closer vendor (with guidance from Tracy), but I wanted to point out Tracy's communication and service was really helpful to me! I trust she would provide you and your children with excellent service.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We used PoppyTots for my sons 2nd bday party and it was worth every penny! The kids all had so much fun and were entertained the entire duration of the party. We added on the bounce house and the rollercoaster and Im so glad we did because there was so much for the kids to do that the adults could actually relax and enjoy themselves.. Tracy was great to work with and very accommodating. The set up and clean up was fast and easy and the staff was very professional. All around great experience!

Poppytots was a huge success at my daughter's first birthday party. When I started planning the party a few months ago, I had no idea how to entertain babies. I came across Poppytots and loved what they had to offer. I reached out and Tracy responded immediately. She was so easy to work with. I looked up other soft play companies and liked Poppytots the most because I could customize the colors to match my baby's party. The other companies seemed to have generic items and it wasn't as cute. On the day of, Sergio came out on time and put everything together very quickly. It was so cute! During the party, I loved watching the babies have fun with the ball pit, animal hopper, jumpy house and roller coaster. I highly recommend Poppytots and will use them again for future events!!

We just had my daughters 2nd birthday party this Sunday and I can not express how thankful and grateful I am to Casey and Tracy. We booked last minute, and the process was great and stress free. They were very flexible and accommodating with the space that we had available. My kids had a blast and it made me feel very comfortable that they keep everything very clean and wiped everything down as they were setting up. Thank you very much!!!
