Porsche San Francisco

How is this possible? Something that has in the past been such a painful (and expensive) chore at other dealer is now easy and pleasant at the new Porsche SF.
The entire team at Porsche SF is wonderful, professional and most importantly, communicative.
Service is a breeze. Make an appointment with loaner, show up, have an espresso and pastry (shout out to Arsicault!), come back at the end of the day as promised. Done.

So cool that Porsche finally opened a dealership in San Francisco! Prior to visiting Porsche San Francisco, I was shopping around a bit at one or two other dealers and was underwhelmed at the customer service I received. Fast forward a few weeks later and we paid a visit to Porsche San Francisco where we met Joe.

Joe was super knowledgeable about Porsche and helped locate the exact vehicle I wanted. He answered all my questions and worked hard to earn my business. Throughout the deal process, Joe was very responsive. When the time came, Joe prepared the vehicle for delivery and got us set up with finance so that we didn't have to spend all day doing paperwork. We were in and out pretty quickly.

Speaking of doing paperwork, we signed with Drew who was awesome in explaining our options and getting us through the leasing process.

Throughout the buying process at Porsche San Francisco, I felt respected and valued as a Porsche customer. Something that was lacking at other dealers.

I'm always skeptical of a new dealership work shop to bring my car to, but I can say that the customer service that I received from Porsche services Francisco was second to none. I happened to break down nearby the shop after cars and coffee event Gunter it is team gathered up a few to push my car back in dealership.
Without an appointment they promptly found the issue and repaired it. The car was under warranty, but my car was given back to me clean and they explanation that what went wrong with my car and what was replaced. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely trust Gunther and his crew with your precious automobile .

Porsche SF exceeded my expectations in their service quality thanks to Ralph's professionalism and customer service excellence. I was in the market for a new EV, decided to go with the Taycan GTS offered by Porsche SF despite the fact that it was not the best financial deal offered comparing to the offers from other locations. Ralph's professionalism as well as his demonstration of pre sales and post sales service excellence without a doubt is the main reason for my final decision. Congratulations to Porsche SF for having a great talent and asset in your team, I will not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone who is in the market for a new Porsche. Keep up the good work!

I just had service performed by Porsche of San Francisco and all I can say is that it was amazing! I have to thank my service advisor, Elijah for everything he did and I asked for a lot! He kept me up to date on the status of the work and set everything up for an easy pick up. Super nice guy and easy to work with. I'm not a VIP or anything like that but Elijah and pretty much the entire team there treated me like one. The work was perfectly done and the car came back super clean. Thanks again, Elijah!!

This morning I logged onto the Porsche San Francisco web site and completed "Sell Us Your Car".

It was a very easy process, answered a few questions, uploaded photos, etc...

Within an hour I got a follow up call from Sales Consultant "DT", answered a few more questions. I told him I knew the KBB value on the car for both (1) Trade-In and (2) Private Party. If Porsche San Francisco wanted to make a deal - do not low-ball (insult me).

Within the next hour they call back and gave me an insulting low low ball offer $15k below trade-in value. A total waste of time. I understand they need to make money, but to steal from someone, it's shameful.

Good luck Porsche San Francisco being a new Porsche dealership in San Francisco, I hope your GM reads this review as I'm disappointed with your sales consultant and the direction he was given with this unacceptable appraisal.

2nd time to porsche san francisco awaiting a track inspection! this review is specifically for service and i was intrigued to make a special trip to see friends from porsche community run the service department

ive known gunther as a recommendation from the local porsche club, and had to see him since so much time has lapsed from seeing him at fremont! having seen aldo formerly at audi concord and some other store in between

it only felt right to bring the car to the dynamic duo!

not so much waiting for a loaner because this store is super new in aeshtetics! everyone is so hospitable and you can pretty much take a self guided tour

take a look if youre a die hard porschephile like me! the artwork, history, and spacing makes for a tremendous all around experience!

Knowledgeable, fair, not pushy, and overall a pleasant experience.
