      I used to not be able to do a push up. After joining Power Trip, I love doing burpies, planks, push ups etc! Luis is an absolute genius when it comes to core exercises.

      I love that the classes are fun and varied, so there's something for everyone, whether you're a gym newbie or a seasoned fitness enthusiast. Power Trip Fitness has completely transformed my workout routine, and I can't recommend this studio enough!

      Great for all fitness levels. Fun and supportive atmosphere. convenient location in San Leandro. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new gym!

      Going on 7 months here, who would've thought?! I couldn't do one push-up when I started and now my wrists are strong enough to do 20! Pretty amazing! The group at 6am is great, very motivating. Luis challenges us to push as hard as we can!! Great workout before work!! I suggest you give it a try!! =)

      Power Trip Fitness has become part of my daily routine. The owner, Luis, is consistent, challenging, and an experienced professional trainer. Every class offers variety and incorporates exercises that work all parts of your body, especially the core, which has been life-changing. The Power Trip community is awesome and motivating. They often organize offsite hikes around the bay that truly push my stamina and endurance while building friendships. I highly recommend becoming a Power Tripper - you won't regret it!

      All I have to say is thank you Luis for letting me learn.. hey!! I'm lifting 80 lbs balls and feeling more energized to do anything with friends and family... This gym is very personal and we are a family - people come and go but family sticks together... I'm not saying come and sign up nexuses i love this place - I'm saying come checkout and make new friends...

      My new goal is to climb a rope and cross the monkey bars...

      Amazing boot camp workout classes! Worth the journey from wherever you travel from, I had to stop attending only because I tore my Achilles playing rugby.

      Luis is an excellent trainer who knows how to motivate you whether you're just getting into fitness or are a gym rat! I purchased the 6 month Groupon when I started to get back into working out and it honestly was one of the best purchases I've ever made. Each boot camp class is different, even if you take two classes in a day, the workouts may change up. The classes incorporate free weights, the TRX, barbells, bands, tires, jump ropes and so much more equipment that constantly changes up the workout. Luis also incorporates cardio into the workout circuits. I promise that you will leave each class drenched in sweat and feeling like you got your ass kicked but in the most awesome way. I definitely learned a lot of fitness and exercise knowledge from him that I now use in my own workouts. Whatever your fitness goals are, definitely try a class out!

      Luis is phenomenal!

      Every morning, I roll myself out of bed at 4:50am, drive over the bridge from San Francisco, beat all the traffic, and make it to the 6am class with Luis. He starts the day with three rounds of warm-up exercises. Then we dive right into the TRX ropes, kettle bell swings, rows, ab exercises, wall sits, ball slams, ropes, cardio ladder thing, and basically whatever is in his creative mind. He offers great deals too!

      He is always checking my form and making sure I do the exercises right. I'm one of those people that make up my own exercises and then someone will post a meme about me later with a kettle bell on my head or something.

      I come to the morning bootcamp sessions at 6am, Monday-Friday with Wednesday being my late start day at 9am. (He does not have 6am classes on Wednesdays). This works out perfectly for my schedule. There is a restroom in the back where I change and head on over to work. Thank you deodorant! There are small storage spaces in the back to store your belongings. There is also a water station to fill your water bottles. He ends with guiding stretches that feel so good. I like all of these details because it really makes my workout experience great.

      The place has a great group of people and the 6am crowd is awesome! We really motivate each other and love meeting new people! He really challenges us and that's what I like. Maybe I'm a masochist...I just want to make sure that I can basically eat and drink whatever I want without having to get gastic bypass surgery. #lifegoals #foodieproblems

      Lastly, the environment is great! We work hard and play hard. Don't be stressed if he doesn't open the door at exactly 6am. Trust me, when that door opens, it's game time.

      Challenging yet possible program.

      Knowledge trainer.
      Not a lot of trainers are honest about how to get the best abs, he is. Going to give him 5 stars for knowledge and implication.
      2nd thing that's going for him is his patience, I'm coming to the class after working from home, with 3 young girls, many times while he's explaining I'm zoning out (true, yes. It's really hard to go from thinking about the kids and work to thinking about proper form), no attitude recorded. I'm impressed
      3rd great point is calories. I'm a mother of 3. I only have 1 hour to workout 5 days a week if all goes well, I can't afford wasting my time, I need to make it count enough to be worth both my babysitter cost and much more.
      My Apple Watch is showing 350 calories per 50 minutes, this is a lot for someone my size.
      Last, as someone who worked in this industry (10 years ago....) I can assure you the boot camp program design is an A FULL BODY WORKOUT, that equally trains every muscle and its antagonist.
      Best way to prevent injuries:)

      A good trainer and gym home is hard to find. So skip the rest and start with the best. The trainer is dedicated and knowledgeable, the gym is clean and neat- no, there is no lockerroom, and the space appears fairly small and Luis is the perfect blend and push and pull I need to keep me striving hard and coming back. You'll be constantly surprised the madness he packs into our workouts! Core training, weight lifting, cardio, trx- He does it all!
      I have lost weight, gained muscle and I keep getting physically, mentally and emotionally stronger everyday. I moved away and I still drove over an hour everyday to go to Power Trip Fitness. I can do my own nails and make my own coffee, but only Luis can get the best out of me in the gym. Join today. Best money you will spend all year- Best thing you can do for yourself! Live Powerfully.

      Excellent! Luis is knowledgeable and provides a great workout every time. The routine changes and you challenge yourself as well as work out at your own pace.

      The space is small but has all you will need to get an effective work out. Its also a comfortable environment, which is important to me.

      The schedule is convenient due to the various options. Plus there are no restrictions as to the number of sessions.

      Im glad i found this spot! I was looking for high intensity group training workouts.
