Wow, where do I start?
Rick and his staff were phenomenal. Very friendly, extremely fast. I was able to fax over my ICBC claim for my 95 Honda Civic and Rick had ordered the parts within hours. I arranged a time best for me to drop off the car and they had the front panel replaced and the car ready less than 48 hours later. Sarah at the front desk was so helpful, so sweet and every moment was easygoing.
When I picked up my car, their auto Detailer had made it look incredible. What a surprise! My car is old and to be honest, wasn't the tidiest inside. I pulled away from PH so happy, the front end was immaculately smooth and the inside of my car was sparkling.
I am so, so happy with my experience at Prancing Horse. Very highly recommended!!

A sudden strong gust of wind blew open my truck door with such force it bent it out of alignment. Prancing Horse to the rescue! In a matter of minutes Bernie and technician Mark had the door realigned and closing to it's original position. Oh, did I mention they did not charge me. Super friendly and updated business environment - none of which matters. They were the lowest of 3 estimates and did exceptional body work in a timely manner. They even fixed a small dent that wasn't in the work order for free. I will use them again and strongly recommend them.

Whether you have a high end vehicle or not this is a must go to place for me. The customer service is A1, the quality of workmanship is top tier and you get all of that with a fair pricing. Bernard, the owner is a true professional and will not waste anytime, from the moment you walk through the door until you drive away as a happy customer that you almost forget about the accident you just got into. I have had the fortune (or misfortune, depending on how you look at it) of dealing with Prancing Horse twice and both times I was blown away with the friendliness of everyone who works there and the work that was done. I hope I never have to go there again, but if I do, I will have no hesitation. I recommend them highly.

Not impressed with work or services. I have used them in the past and they were much better. This time around the work was mediocre. I was not happy with it at all and took my vehicle to the dealership. The dealership was helpful. They have told me what to look out for. I have also put in a complaint with ICBC.

I have had to have my car repaired here 2x after being hit 2x. I would say service is fast, fair, they are ICBC accredited, and a great outfit. The provided me a loaner car both times and it was easy. They are great!

They are a professional sounding outfit, and I wish I could give them top marks but I can't. My feeling is that because there are often high-end cars parked out front that clients believe that it must be a good place for everybody. But their work on my Audi was marginal. There are patches of orange peel that can be seen when looking down the length of the car, indicating a hurried job or poor mixture, and when I arrived to pick it up a young man who appeared to be a teenager was buffing out a bubble of paint they'd noticed after the paint dried. When I got home my wife said there was a smudge on the paint. It was the spot where the young man had buffed the paint removing the glossy clear coat in the process. I don't want to be too hard on them because I've had way worse auto body work done, but I don't like to see them given such a high rating either. Spending a little more time on the daily drivers brought in for ICBC work would do wonders.
