This was the best auto repair experience I've ever had. I called around to other shops, but after speaking to Lori for a few minutes and hearing her welcoming voice and knowledge; plus her great customer service, I knew this was the place to get our windshield replaced. Our red baby was well taken care of and I give a 10 star recommendation to all who need auto glass service. We felt like we made new neighborhood friends. RJ

From the moment I called and Lori answered the phone ( yes a real person answered) . I was given exceptional service. They worked with me to set an appointment that fit my schedule and worked with my insurance. I arrived at my appointment and was greeted by Tim one of the owners. He personally worked on my car. I was shopping around for a licensed aftermaket windshield repair for my Audi. Precision Auto had the best deal including camera calibration around the area. Took about 1.5 hours total. Its tucked behind El Dorado Savings bank across from the Sandwich spot. Great customer service, no hidden costs and the windshield fit perfectly. No warning lights on the drive home. Excellent craftsmanship and they even provided me with double stick 3m tape for my dash cam. Its the little things that keep customers happy. Thank you!

Very reasonably priced and so convenient that they came to my home. The tech, Tim, took less than 20 minutes to repair my window chip. He is extremely detailed, left no trace of any chips on my windshield or glue when done. I also had a great experience communicating with Lori for a quote and scheduling the repair. Highly recommend!

I was referred here by another shop since they were out for a week on vacation. He had told me that he had known them for the past 20 years so I thought I would give it a shot.

I called Wednesday if they were able to do a chip repair I had gotten earlier in the day. Lori was honest and helpful towards the process of repair and when they were able to fit me into the schedule and recommended things for me to do to keep the crack from spreading.

I inquired about the damage through their yelp page as well which Lori always gave prompt responses to and able to quote me time and price estimates.

I went in for my appointment Saturday morning and Tim was incredibly friendly and got to work right away. I asked him if he was able to tend to another chip on the window and he was able to fix both in same day less than 15 minutes of taking my car in.

Overall I recommend them not only for their customer service but their professionalism in their business.

I had a chip in my windshield for a while and it started to crack. And then the line started going across the windshield. I definitely waiting too long. I was hoping to get it repaired before Thanksgiving. I didn't help that I was calling around on Tuesday either. I called and left a message and Lori called back with a quote. I asked if they could fit me in on Wednesday and after some checking, she confirmed a Wednesday appointment. I couldn't believe it! I called on Wednesday to confirm, and Lori said that I was good to go.

Tim did a great job on the windshield, and it was a very reasonable cost. My car is 9 years old, so this windshield is much clearer and it makes the car look cleaner as well. And it didn't take long at all. I am very satisfied with the experience and would recommend their services. It's nice to be able to support a local business too. Thank you!
