We needed weatherstripping on the back door of our Victorian and our screen door was scraping the concrete porch. Mike scheduled a time to look at the job and then sent me a quote (fixed amt for the weatherstripping and time and materials for the screen door). We scheduled the work for a precise day and time and he communicated as the schedule changed. He checked in with me about adjusting the placement of the weatherstripping to be most effective and still allow the door to close. After the weatherstripping was up and the door didn't close easily because the deadbolt was no longer aligning with the strikeplate, he chiseled out the area to move the strikeplate and also fixed the loose screws in the door part of the deadbolt. For the screen door, he used a grinder to grind the concrete porch and polished the ground surface to make it smoother. He was done with both jobs within 2 hours.

Mike was available, pleasant, organized, and efficient, yet safe and responsible. I'll definitely hire him for future handyman projects.

Mike is fantastic! He's helped out on two different projects around our house and everything always looks good when he's done. The first was a drywall repair in a corner and he even helped color match our paint since we had just moved into the house. The second was exterior painting after having some work done on the roof and gutters. He's responsive by email, very thorough with his cost estimate, keeps you updated along the way, and is just a genuinely nice guy. We'll definitely call him for future projects.

I highly recommend Mike. He recently finished an interior project for me where he repaired 15+ cracks and repainted my entire entryway. It looks great. His cost estimate was accurate and he finished in the time communicated. I will soon have him back out to paint some more rooms!

Mike did some repairs on a bit of exterior dry rot on my home. His quote was very transparent and reasonable, and he took care to repair the original wood rather than immediately cut off the 100 year old redwood and replace with new, lesser quality wood. Mike was on-time, flexible and explained everything very clearly. thanks, Mike!

I highly recommend Mike. He recently painted the interior sides of sliding patio doors. He was thorough in estimating the size, scope, cost of the job. He was timely communicating work schedule. He worked well with the contractor who had to remove/replace doors for the painting to be done. Painting looks great!

Unfortunately, Mike told me in October he would get back to me in a week. A month later, he told me he would get back to me the following month. In December he told me he would get back to me in January. It is now February, and Mike has delayed me three times, over three months. While I waited for him, and trusted he would get back to me, he wasted my time and the projects I wanted complete by the end of October still need to be completed. I will not call him again. I prefer to find someone else who fulfills their promises.

We had a leak in our upstairs tub that had saturated the downstairs ceiling. Mike was able to seal off the leak and installed an access panel in the ceiling, since it's an area we have had previous issues with. Great communication, professional, highly knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I couldn't recommend Precision Painting & Handyman Services more!

I hired Mike to paint my chimney and fix some dry rot. He did an excellent job! His communication was great, completed the work on a timely fashion, and was very pleasant to work with. I couldn't recommend him more!

A few weeks ago, we discovered that our doorbell wasn't working (it took us awhile to figure out...no wonder why so many people knocked.)

After a quick Yelp search I found Mike and reached out explaining the situation. I got a message back within the hour, saying he could come by later in the week. Mike provided his email address so we could communicate efficiently, told me when he'd be by and showed up right on time. He was friendly, explained what he would do each step of the way and fixed the problem within half an hour. I needed a receipt for my landlord, and he emailed it within the day. Definitely recommend Mike, and will keep his info on hand for the future!
