Precision Tree Care

I dealt with Ryan originally who was professional and courteous and addressed all my concerns.
3 of my neighbor's trees were overhanging in my yard, including a very large birch. I could no longer keep up with the daily sweepings it takes in summer to keep our yard clean and the constant banging of apples at night on our wood deck.
I tried repeatedly to explain the impact on us to my neighbors but they were very resistant and insisted I consult a professional arborist.
Ryan assured me there would be no problem in cutting back the trees to my fence line and that the trees would be fine.
The tree crew and foreman came to work. They easily cut back the apple and loquat tree. They were courteous and professional and asked if the neighbor would let them climb the birch tree. The answer was no.
The crew returned a second day with additional equipment to be able to cut back the birch from our side. They did a great job.

Had them trim my birch trees and plant a new tree in my backyard. They were very reasonably priced and did a great job. I am going to continue to use them for additional landscaping projects and would highly recommend them.

Precision has been taking care of our trees/hedges for many years. They do excellent work, keep things clean and know what they are doing. For example, I had a maple that I tried to keep under control. I would trim it up (knowing a bit about what I was doing) and shortly there after would be back at it again. Then one day I asked Ryan if he had a guy that works on maples. He did - the guy trimmed it up and I never had to do much to it after that. it was like magic.

They have removed diseased trees, dying trees, removed roots, shaped trees, and kept our hedges looking tight. They are top notch! Quality and experienced.

The team arrived an hour early (in whose universe does that happen?) and talked with me about the job and my expectations. They went to work, did a magnificent job and had a wood chipper to dispose of the tree branches. easy to communicate with and I would hire them again.
The only complaint I have was the suggestion that lunch was included. Huh?

Great company to work with all around. Patty was very responsive to all calls and emails, Ryan showed up right on time to look at the proposed job, and the crew did great work and cleaned up after. Highly recommend.

Patti returned my call within 2 hours. We set up a date for Ryan to come out to estimate the job.
Ryan came out, we went over what I wanted done and was text an estimate . Accepted the estimate, signed and sent back to Patti .
Leo and his team showed up as scheduled. Reviewed the work order and got started. Less then two hours the job was done . The cleanup was like they used a vacuum cleaner.

We have a large Camphor tree in our back yard that needed pruning, trimming, shortening.... It was totally out of control. After talking with a few tree trimming companies we decided to go with Precision Tree Care and we are very happy with our decision. A crew of 6 to 8 came out and knocked it out in less than two hours. Very thorough with thinning out the tree, they had me come out twice to check their work, once halfway and again towards the end to make sure I was happy with everything. They cleaned everything and hauled away the branches and leaves. This was a great experience and I'm going to refer them to everyone I know. Highly recommend Precision Tree Care.

I believe they killed my tree and they take no accountability. I had a beautiful 25' tall Spineless Yucca Palm tree. The focal point of my front yard. They were suppose to remove the dead fronds and fruit. Their guys nearly stripped it bare leaving just a few leaves. Those leaves have since died and fallen off. Now , a year latter there's no new growth and my tree is completely bare. I'm afraid it's dead since there were not enough leaves left for the tree to produce photosynthesis. Now I will have to pay for an expert to come and evaluate it's condition and possibly have to pay to have it removed. It's a heritage tree so I will also have to get a permit from the city. No clue what this will all cost.
Patty and Ryan really let me down. I used them because they were local and had decent reviews. I'm a contractor and business owner and I would NEVER blow off a complaint from any of my customers. My Company stands behind our work. Shame on Precision Tree Killers.

We have a huge live oak tree in our yard. It's beautiful but needed to be trimmed a bit. I contacted 3 different companies and gardeners and found that Ryan and Patty gave us a great value and provided excellent communication. The day the tree was trimmed, the men really climbed quite high and took out a large amount little sprouts coming off of it. Our view from our deck is better now too. I am satisfied with the work they did and will continue to recommend them.
