The PKB crew (Joshua and Osman) did an outstanding job replacing our retaining wall extending from the front driveway to the backyard. They also built an arch for hanging plants, transforming that area into a beautiful view from our dining room. Their estimate was fair and they kept the project on budget and on time. We will gladly call on PKB Construction again for future interior and exterior work.

When I started a bathroom remodel, I was overwhelmed with all the small choices and Calisse was amazingly helpful. She was passionate, helped me make good decisions and was clearly interested in what was best for my project. It turns out some items they had - which I would have preferred - didn't make sense for the condo I was renovating and she even helped me figure out what would match elsewhere. But they do bathrooms and kitchens all the time and if I had a high end remodel, I'd see them first in the future

Joseph, Rick and their team helped us with a variety of projects and repairs in our new house. They made sure everything was how we wanted it and up to our standards before packing it in the last day. The quote was right on target. Will def be calling for future projects.

Open by appt only. Brought my whole family to the store to pick out things for bathroom remodel and could not even go in. You should post that you are closed on your websites so people don't waste their time coming for nothing

My partner and I recently visited PBK in order to design our master bathroom. We were greeted at the door by Michelle and Caliss. Michelle explained the store layout encompassing several manufactures and multiple styles.

One informative aspect to the store is an interactive display where you can evaluate shower heads and observe water flow in person. Michelle also explained to us some of the rules regarding water conversation in California, which was really useful in selecting fixtures.

Michelle then helped us book a last-minute appointment with Angela despite the fact that they were very busy. Angela was FANTASTIC, helping us with bathroom design, fixture selection, and fixture placement.

We had such a great experience working with PBK. We highly recommend them and will certainly work with them again.

I came after making an appointment (which they HIGHLY recommend). After hours of web surfing trying to pick faucets for bathroom remodel, I decided I had questions and needed to talk with an expert. I'm so happy I made that decision.
I was helped by Jen and she was great. I told her my must haves, the first being I needed it as soon as possible. She was able to narrow down the brands that were in my price range and in stock, ready to ship. These were brands I hadn't found online during my own searches and the price point and style were just what I was looking for.
Jen was able to answer my questions and address any concerns I had. She was knowledgeable and helpful. I really wish I had just come here when I started this bathroom remodel. I would have saved time browsing the internet getting no where. Their prices were great and discount given
I definitely will be returning when we start our master remodel. It will save me time and I trust I will get just what I need.

I was walking around downtown with my family, saw PBK on Google, and walked over. And while I saw the "Appointment Only" sign on the door, I was annoyed that they did not mention this online when I was searching for a kitchen/bath showroom. Not only that, but the sales rep completely ignored me when I knocked on the door to ask some quick questions; she literally looked up at me then looked away. Complete unacknowledgement, so I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Amazing collection but very high end from price perspective
Not sure if they assist in design & installation but when we visited showroom, there was mo one to help. One lady was helping to check price. There are no price tags on display items so either you just select items without worrying about price tag or find out someone get price on each item.
We were interested in few items but we hardly get help on design choices.
Parking is on street or one block away in public garage

It is a miserable experience! You have to wait sales in 7 days! It has been 1 month, but still haven't finished order yet! It took 2 or 3 days to response email! Only simple questions but still need wait 2-3 days to get answers! I don't feel any customers service here!

We have been in our house 40 years this October and are in the process of modernizing the place. Redo the kitchen, (new counters 5 years ago but now a complete redo). One, possibly three baths, exterior siding and paint etc.

So after seeing the showroom for years (we are fans of Philly Cheesesteak next door) we parked in front and went in about 3pm on a Monday. The receptionist barely looked up and there were two people in a bullpen playing on their computers. I say playing as while I was studying the items on display behind them the stuff on their screens didn't look too business related.

So after making eye contact a couple of times with no response, we left after 15 minutes, with no contact whatsoever. A "may I help you" from somebody---anybody---would have been nice.

So we are still proceeding with the project we now know where not to shop and in looking at other reviews, we clearly made the right decision.

QUESTION: Does anybody know where Goddess Amanda went?
