A B.Phoenix, AZ0434Dec 31, 2023I made an appointment with this business and despite confirming my appointment via a link they sent me in a text , the staff at Premier completely forgot about my scheduled time. To make up for that , it got offer a complimentary engine wash, which I appreciated and thought it was a nice gesture, so thank you for that. The service got rescheduled for today.
This morning my car got a full detailing service, and I'm disappointed with the results. The guy doing the work failed to open and remove dirt from the arm rest/ console box in the middle of the front seats of my car, he also left behind a noticeable smudge on the window.
It's evident that he rushed through the job, and the lack of attention to detail was obvious. I will not be returning to premier auto detailing nor recommending their services to others.

Went in for a clear coat fix on the hood, top, grill. Manuel did a fantastic job especially since I was in a hurry. The value of the service was fair and affordable too. He also did a cleaning service on the house!
