Prime Heating and Cooling

I own several properties in Oakland, Prime Heating, and Cooling is our go to business for any of our AC, Furnace and Appliance repair needs. He's a true expert. And more importantly, reliable, responsible, flexible and responsive, responding to 911s quickly when something goes wrong in one of our rentals or making himself available for late evening appointments.
I could not recommend Alex from Prime Heating and Cooling enough.

Alexander at Prime Heating is absolutely the best appliance repairmen that I've used during my past 20 years of property management. He got a degree in mechanical engineering from Cal Poly and then decided he preferred working with his hands - so he really understands the mechanics of all appliances and is a whiz at diagnosing the issue. Plus his rates are extremely reasonable, and he is an incredibly kind and thoughtful person. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Alex with Prime Heating is the BEST! Alex at Prime Heating was recommended to me by my dad, who works in property management and whose company uses Alex's services all the time. I called three companies (one being Prime) and left voice messages. Alex called directly back and agreed to come out same day, at a time convenient for me. (PS the other two companies never even returned my call!) That evening, I was running late getting home so I called Alex who was gracious and flexible with changing our time fairly last minute. When Alex arrived (right on time, I might add), he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and got my heat running again in no time. The price was very reasonable. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone in need of their services!

Alexander at Prime Heating is outstanding! Five stars is not enough - he is a pro at diagnosing, repairing, and replacing appliances. He has a level of conscientiousness and attention to detail that I've not seen with the larger heating companies. He mostly works for realtors & property managers, but is also available for individual homeowners. I called Alexander after trying several of the big-name heating companies (who didn't have available appts for two two weeks), and I'm glad I did. He was able to diagnose the problem w/ my wall heater and get it fixed in short order.
