I have been living in an older Victorian home in Oakland for almost a year now and with these older homes things happen. Vision Property Management is always very responsive and easy to get a hold of. When there is an issue within a day there is someone coming out to look at the problem. The few issues we have had, a repairman named Brandon has come to help us out. He could not be a nicer guy and is extremely knowledgeable. He does not leave until the issue is resolved. I could not be more satisfied with how he has handled the issues of the house. I have had to deal with some pretty bad landlords and property management companies but Vision Property Management and Brandon, specifically, have shown me how management company should be run.

Cannot recommend prime enough! Brian was incredibly helpful and everything went as smoothly as it possibly could! Highly recommend! They were attentive and listened to all of my concerns.

While searching for a condo to lease I was fortunate to do business with Brianna Kessler. She was considerate and professional and took extra steps to ensure a positive outcome. I am in appreciation of her transparency and humanity!

A year living with a hoarder who's threatened me with physical violence for simply cleaning my house. Fly infestation, Maggots, mold, personal items (bloodied undergarments, garbage, old dishes that collected bugs, other clothing, and shoes) stored in the common space, an unusable fridge, and a pantry I could never move into because of the disorganization and hoarding. Someone who never cleans, never pays for household supplies (paper goods, dish soap, etc.), and stays up all night and would play loud music past 4AM and cooked in the middle of the night no matter the day of the week.

After signing a Lease Agreement with a Three-Strike Policy stating that the common space is not for personal items to be stored (especially walkways), the common space opens at 8AM and closes at 10PM), no smoking in the unit (smoking indoors daily, while the other tenant and I suffer from respiratory issues), and no civil rights violations (no violent threats), this tenant still continued to violate all of these terms, disrespect myself and the other tenant, as well as financially abuse the second tenant. They had not disclosed items purchased for shared grocery trips by using their money for personal shopping sprees at a wholesale store. Verbally and emotionally abusing me for cleaning the house after the hoarding had become a major problem. Using the common space all night, every night in order to deprive me of sleep when I work at a hospital 36-48hrs/wk. 12hr shifts, 3-4 days in a row (sleep deprivation is a typical tactic of emotional abusers).

It's really unfortunate they have been stuck with a tenant who is unemployed, does not pay for household items, doesn't pay taxes, is late on rental payments, and is aggressive/verbally abusive with the PPM staff and other tenants.

I really do have immense sympathy for the staff at Prime Property for having to deal with this tenant and being unable to evict them. Truly sad that this beautiful home was in the condition that it was before I moved in. Both my roommate and PPM have expressed their gratitude for my part in helping improve it as a whole during my time here. Cleaned the entire yard, the whole house, laundry room, and utility shed by myself regularly without being asked. Made sure the property looked better than when I arrived. A huge thank you to them for their quick replies, efficient system of attending to maintenance needs, and even if there's not much they could do to fix something, their absolute sympathy with the circumstances.

Also, a huge thank you to my other roommate for helping me make a beautiful home this year. Couldn't have done it without you.
