Prime Shiners Mobile Auto Detailing

My experience started with Pete having to cancel because he had car trouble as he was on his way to my address. He texted right away, was very apologetic, and was able to set up another appointment the next morning with Phil.

I had lots of sticky dog hair in the car and wondered if it could all really be removed. When Phil was done with the car I couldn't see any dog hair! The inside was very clean and the outside was clean and shiny. I'm very pleased and highly recommend these guys!

Between two young kids and a dog our car was filthy! Philip came out to detail the car inside and out and got right to work. He was efficient and thorough. It looks nearly new again! This is our second time using Prime Shiners and they are our new go-to for a regular deep clean.

Quick responses and amazingly same day delivery. Excellent communication and questions before the start of detailing via messages. I had thought I have no access to water or electricity, but found both. Car experienced a total transformation. I got in-depth cleaning for the insides and quick wash to the exterior. Had I been able to see the future, I probably would have gotten deep cleaning for the exterior too - to get everything feeling shiny and new!

I'm pretty tidy with my car-- typically vacuum it on my own, no clutter or trash-- but I decided to get it detailed for the first time since it's never been properly shampooed since I got it. I found Prime Shiners on Yelp and am so happy with their service. Peter is a homie!!

Peter was able to fit me into their schedule on the same day I reached out. Since I'm in an apartment complex, he graciously offered to find a location near me that would work for mobile interior detailing. They didn't need a water or power source, just to park my car and leave it unlocked.

They went waaaay above and beyond my expectations. Every corner is cleaned, without a speck of dust or residue. Spotless under the seats and on the ceiling and everything. I literally went up to my apartment, played video games for 1.5 hours, and received a text that it was done (fast...!). I thought my car was clean before, but it's actually like new now LOL. Even had a lovely new car scent afterwards. TY to Peter and team!!!

I booked an appointment online and received a text message and email right away to confirm my appointment and some details of my car situation and location. A couple days before my appointment, Peter reached out confirming my appointment and concerns of my parking situation which was a tight and tough spot to work with without blocking street traffic but we found a spot and made it work.

Peter and his assistant took care of my car right away. They shampooed the interior of my car. On the seats, it had dry throw up, dry ice cream, dry orange chicken sauce, and unpleasant smells. They made it look and smell like-brand new again. The sand, dirt, and hair from the car are gone and they even cleaned my rubber shoe mats in the passenger, front seat, and back seats. The glove department had crumbs and dry coffee creamer stuck to the tight corners and they managed to remove all the crumbs and creamer. They removed all the crust from the gear stick and even the lining of the stick.

The exterior of my car had bird droppings and a slightly thick layer of dust from the morning fog and dirt throughout the days. My headlights have not been restored for over 9 years and I can finally see the details of my headlights again. They even put a finish gloss to protect the headlights from getting the yellow coating layer and made me aware to not touch the headlights for the next 48 hours. They cleaned and shined my mirrors.

I feel very confused by the negative review I saw - I had an outstanding experience with Prime Shiners. I would say the price was fair more than a bargain, however it was easily the most thorough detailing I've ever received. For example, I initially felt confused by a pet hair charge on my bill, but then I realized he had gotten the dog hair out from deep in between the seats that had been there since before I bought this car used from the dealer. Not to mention he cleaned my car at my work while I worked. So convenient. Well worth the money. I definitely recommend!

Prime Shiners service was excellent, better than I expected! Peter serviced my car and made it look brand new again!! I'm very pleased with the results! Peter was professional, kept me updated and finished exactly when he said he would! Didn't try to add any extra service but provided tips on how I can maintain the shine on the interior of my car. The price was well worth the service they provide. I will definitely use Prime Shiners again!!!

Very careful and extensive job. Arrived on schedule. Took longer than estimated time due to lots of pesky dog hair. That was appreciated. Interior cleaning was excellent overall. The job on the exterior polish could have been a bit better. Afterwards, I was able to get a noticeably better shine using old fashioned car wax and hand buffing. But overall they did a very good job.
