Axel scheduled a team on the same day I texted. He provided a quote with specific services in advance.

They performed a nice detail on my vehicle this week.

Communication was excellent as well. Apple Pay was accepted.

These guys kept popping up in my social media feeds after searching for an auto detailing company and appear to have great reviews.

I called them several times over a period of a few days and no one ever answered. Their voicemail says to text them at the same number for faster service which I did and never received any response. I made one last attempt leaving a message with my name, what I was looking to have done, and contact information. Still nothing.

They might be good at detailing but they get an F for customer service.

I had a wrap on my Truck for over Three years that got old and made the truck look really bad. I decided to take it off and this is when I went to Pristine Auto care, I thought it was not going to be a big of a deal but I was wrong, I almost had a heart attack when I saw the truck after they took off the wrap and it was really hard to take off but they managed and did a phenomenal job. I thought it will never going to get back to stock and I need to wrap it again but they proofed me wrong and made it look again like new.
Also, their prices were definitely reasonable than different shops that quoted me for the same job with higher prices. Thank you so much guys for all the help and the great job, I really appreciate it. Definitely, recommend them for any auto care.

WIsh there was a 6th star I could give Ivan & his crew. They treated our old RV with lots of TLC and made it shine! Because of Ivan, my RV looks a lot younger than it really is.

I just had my '24 Corvette Z06 front clip ppf'd with KAVACA and CERAMIC PRO ION on the entire car. Axel and crew did an outstanding job, and I couldn't be happier or more pleased with the results; Red Mist tintcoat really "POPS" in the sunlight! Axel was very patient, explaining in detail their process to make certain that I understood what I was getting for my dollars. The end results was worth it: ! I also had the interior treatment done for my sky cool gray (almost white) interior.

I love my car and wanted only the best to keep it looking amazing. I found Pristine Auto Care on yelp and from their great reviews, I knew they must be the best! I made an appointment inquiring ceramic coating and window tint. I met the owner, Axel and he talked me through the details of ceramic coating. He also let me know that if I really wanted to keep my car looking even more beautiful and protect the paint's longevity, to get PPF (paint protection film). We went through the different options and he showed me examples of how it would look and I was sold. If I thought I loved my car before the ceramic coating, tint and ppf, then I would be mistaken because wow did these services make a difference. My challenger looks incredible and it makes the car washing process so quick and easy. I definitely recommend Pristine Auto Care for anyone who wants to elevate their vehicle's appearance.

Pristine is an appropriate name for this company! I had them detail my 23 year old ski boat inside and out and Axle's crew, led by Ivan, came out to my home and did an amazing job; boat looks pristine! This was the second job they have completed for me (did my 5th wheel trailer last year), and I remain completely satisfied with the customer service and workmanship! Great job, guys!!

Had our 44ft RV trailer detailed. They did a fantastic job. Communication was great and price was really good considering the size of our trailer. Couldn't be happier!
