Great and I mean GREAT customer service let's not start on how great their skills are on washing cars made my 330I BMW look brand new! Like wow I'm astonished and definitely coming back here every time and recommending this place for everyone out there that's looking for a good hand car wash!!

I brought my car here after 2 weeks in the desert and left with it sparkling clean in an extremely timely manner.
I had actually come in too close to close the day before but Mike told me to come back the next day anytime and they'd take care of it. when I returned the guy who checked me in had already been told I would be stopping by with all the details of the service I wanted and honored the quote I was given the previous day which was very nice and shows they care about (potential) customers!
I was texted an invoice and walk around video of my car right when they took it in and it was ready when I returned after the estimated time

They worked with me to reschedule ASAP during the rain, gave me the yelp discount, & left me the cash that had fallen under my seat (they're honest: past places have taken coins/loose dollars while cleaning!)

Took longer to finish than I'd been told BUT I knew my car interior had been dirtier inside than what a quick glance would make it seem so I anticipated it
Did a thorough job!

Not only they did an amazing job at wrapping my Mercedes GT they also did an incredible Job at detailing my Ferrari.

So, I had this annoying issue with cement spots on my car and honestly, it was driving me nuts. I ended up at Pristine Auto Spa, and let me tell you, it was like hitting the jackpot. The owner, who also runs an auto shop, was super cool and way more helpful than I could've hoped for.

Before landing here, I'd checked out a couple of other places, and they either wanted an arm and a leg for subpar work or just didn't give me the vibe that they'd handle my car with care. But this place? Totally different story. They tackled most of the cement spots like pros, making my car look awesome again.

But here's the kicker: there was this one stubborn spot on the end plastic bumper that just wouldn't quit. The owner, being the absolute legend that they are, offered to take care of it at the auto shop for free if I decided to redo my PPF. I mean, who does that? It was such a genuine gesture that really showed how much they cared about the work and their customers.

The whole team was just so kind and on point with their service. Every question or concern I had was met with patience and solid advice. It wasn't just about getting the job done; it was about making sure I was happy and felt taken care of.

Listen this is the number one car wash in LA, the spot is perfect and the workers are top notch in professionalism. In the heart of Hollywood its in a great location with numerous places nearby to eat or even hang out while the boys at pristine cleans your car. Mike is the owner of this buisness and he always goes out of his way to help and make sure the service provided to you is superior. The prices are affordable , the location is outstanding, and the service is Exemplary. I recommend everyone in or around the area to go pop in for a car wash!

I reached out to Pristine Auto Spa for a quote via Yelp and promptly heard back from Mike. We easily scheduled a time for the detail of the incredibly dirty exterior of my SUV. Mike greeted me, we went over what I wanted, and he called me when my SUV was ready. He gave an accurate window of time for the service so I could plan my day. The vehicle looks new again! The fee was as quoted. No surprises. No toxic cleaning agents that eat away at the dash and interior (as I've experienced with other detailing places). I don't think I've ever gone back to the same detailing place twice but I'm happy to return to Pristine Auto Spa going forward. Honest, kind, attentive people here. Thank you, Mike!

Brought my Hurucan for a simple detail and I was Astonished at the attention to detail , the knowledge about cars and the love for motorsports, Mike is a true car guy and a absolute pleasure to talk to. Wow is all I can say. My car was in bad shape - I fully admit I had not taken care of it like I should. So as a New Year's resolution, I decided to get it detailed asap. I reached out to Mike at Pristine Auto Spa and he was quick to reply and we scheduled it for the next day. Four hours after I dropped my car off, the difference was night and day!
