Pristine Parking

We have used Pristine Parking for several years for our personal parties. They have been FABULOUS every time. Always professional and very polite with the guests. (Several guests remark to me each year how nice, responsive and careful the valets were).
We plan to use them for our parties in the future. My only hesitation in writing this excellent review is that I hope it will not make them so busy, that they are not available to us in the future!!!

We just had a bad experience with Pristine Parking. I feel the need to tell everyone to be very afraid of them. Don't trust them with your car. They are not reputable.

We went to Laszlo in SF for a drink and valet parked with Foreign Cinema. In front of the valet we placed a backpack in the trunk. We returned 3 hours later got the car and drove home. When we arrived home the backpack was missing. My bank confirmed someone has used one of my credit cards for 10 purchases.

We called and spoke to Ryan w/ Pristine and Eric with Foreign Cinema. Neither accepted any responsibility and Ryan told us it was our fault. In fact Ryan went so far as to say how stupid of us to put something in the trunk of our car. He claimed he would never do that. We asked him what can we do as reasonable people. He then said nothing can be done. He said how do I know you won't claim you had $1,000,000 in the backpack. How unprofessional.

Now knowing how poorly Pristine operates and how unreliable their managers & employees are, I can say I'll never trust them again. You shouldn't either.

I found the customer service at Pristine Parking to be impeccable. I worked with Ryen to coordinate parking for a special event for my mother's 80th birthday. He was super responsive, professional and kind. He made sure that his staff was prepared to accommodate the needs of the seniors that would be arriving for the party. It was such a relief to both myself and the guests to know they had the option to valet their cars, especially since the party was being held in the Mission District on a Saturday, which is notoriously difficult to park in. I highly recommend if you're looking for private event parking!

Me and my friends went out for apps and drinks at Locanda (awesome place) and these guys were able to get me out of the never ending maze of finding parking out in the mish- they were super on point, already prepared to change out my 20$ for the reasonably priced 12 dollar valet. As we got out the door to leave, I barely had my ticket out before one asked me if I'd like my car - and replied yes to watch the guy sprint like a caribou down Valencia to pull up in my ride only seconds (bout 40) later.
These guys are awesome, urgent, and more than exceptional, and this is the kind of valet service that needs to take over SF!

My wife and I have parked with them a few times over the years. Never any problems. Consistently good service and piece of mind. Weird to leave a review for a valet service, but the valets talk Giants baseball with me so had to go out of my way to talk their company up! Go Giants!

When you are looking for a parking spot in SF, start with these guys! They are very friendly and their parking lots are great, inexpensive, and very convenient! I parked at their lot in the mission, and the experience was fantastic! If you go to The Women's Building, or to dinner in the mission, this is your spot for parking! The owner is committed to community-mindedness and being a part of a neighborhood, not just a business. I am honestly thrilled to recommend them!

Pristine Parking knows what they are doing. I took a friend out to dinner and the drivers relieved a lot of parking stress. What is even more impressive is that they remembered my name upon my second visit. Exceptional service and extremely professional, something that is difficult to come across these days.

I used Pristine for an event for 160 people. Their team was so well organized and smooth that I didn't even know they were there! Ryen, the founder, is incredibly easy to work with and, when two days before the party I realized I had given him the wrong date, did not freak out at all. (And he should have.) He pulled a team together in time and saved the day (and my sanity).

We used Pristine Parking at Lolinda's restaurant in late July. When the valet returned our car, he did an illegal u-turn and hit a biker (who was uninjured), damaging our car. Pristine said they would take care of the damage through their own service -- and asked us not to go through insurance. We decided it would be better to go through insurance but asked Pristine to pay the deductible. The company was very unhappy we chose to go through insurance and said they were unable to help at all. Pristine has claimed they are not at fault because "the biker ran into the car." Their insurance company does not return calls or emails (even with photographic evidence presented). Our insurance has paid for the damage and we paid the deductible. So, yes, park your car with Pristine, have damage done and foot the bill yourself! And Pristine, when you respond to this, please realize how foolish it is to blame the biker... and don't say it's our fault for going through the "valid" insurance route.

Pristine Parking is small company out of San Francisco that cater to restaurants and private parties. I've worked with these guys a few times and can tell you that Pristine always does a good job. I would refer them to anyone who is need of a valet parking service.
