I have been completely satisfied with the service they offer . Their customer service skills and knowledge about pest control is excellent! . The current person servicing my account is John Swank . He always goes above and beyond my expectations. He truly does everything to insure we are pest free .

He took his time to explain problematic areas and what needed to be done for rodent exclusion. So far I am happy to have been referred to them and signed up for a year of service. Nichole inspected our home (including the attic) and set up traps and bait stations in our backyard after she got rid of the spider webs and two wasp nests! Thank you Nichole!

I just received my first treatment and the treatment was GREAT! My technician took his time, was very friendly, listened to my concerns, but most importantly did a great job. Also, there was some confusion with email confirmations and customer service was the best. I highly recommend this company!!!

Gabe is not our regular Technician but, as anticipated, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. It's an added benefit having Pro-Active Pest service that if you need an additional service, the technician you get (rather your normal or not) is going to take care of your issue professionally.

Raylynn H.Hayward, CA59611024Feb 15, 2024Currently having a mice problem in our neighborhood. I went with this company because they were the fastest to come. They actually came that very 1st day. Initially they were very responsive and came for trap check daily and then the company became less responsive over time. I had an inspection with the city and it turns out the bait boxes this company uses are supposed to for be rats and not mice. I've seen mice come in and out of the boxes and the box not triggered. My neighbors have different companies and they are happy with their companies.
Also, when they came for trap checks often times they don't give you a set time, just a day. One time they called me at 5:15pm and said they were on their way but it would be dark by the time they got to home and rescheduled. I took the day off. ProActive came to my rescue just hours after my distress call. Technician Ty was professional and knowledgeable.
I had tried tracking my ant infestation unsuccessfully. Ty located it in minutes of arrival!! He also addressed mice coming into our pool during the nights this spring. I have peace of mind things will be better soon thanks to Ty and Pro Active Pest Control.
