Pro Active Pest Control

I just purchased my first home and was so very grateful to my friend who highly recommended Danny at Pro Active Pest Control.

Danny combines a degree of professionalism, pride in what he does, and friendliness. His customer service skills are obviously well-honed. He is part pest controller and part instructor.

He explained everything I needed to know about their service, and about the kind of pests prevalent in my area. I really appreciated this as I moved from a different part of the state. Also, being a new home-owner, I have never had to take responsibility for pest control. I was concerned as it felt quite daunting until I met and spoke with Danny.

He answered my questions, without making me feel like the newbie that I am! :-)

I look forward to continued support from Danny and Pro Active Pest Control. I'm sure all of their techs are great, but I highly recommend Danny.

We are being completely ignored. This is an update to my prior good review. If we could, we would give zero stars. They were very responsive when seeking to secure our business. However, after Anthony came the first time, he and Raymond at the office have ignored us.
We showed Anthony where we saw a mouse and the neighbor's yard from where rodents are coming. He said it was taken care of but would be back the next week to double check. We never heard from him or anyone again. Now we've seen 2 mice and a nest. They just ignore our calls and texts.
We chose them because they were originally so responsive even tho they were more expensive. We are disgusted and disappointed. All these 5 star reviews couldn't possibly be real

Mike came out to check for issues on siding and explained why I had issues. Appreciate the quick follow up after the disconnect with the tech and office.

I've written several different reviews for Pro Active, but I truly just can't say enough good things about them. I've been with them for years now, and I love seeing how fast they are growing! Despite their huge growth, they remain true to their customer service where each customer's voice and concerns are heard and taken care of!

Damian Castillo has come through for me time and time again- I call him even after hours for a fat rat I found in my shed (which is too many to count after this point lol), come spray my turf so the flies aren't coming into the house, refill the bait stations, etc.- and I know he doesn't need to answer - but he DOES and he's out here the next business day...literally! One of the new employees he brought for training- James- I can also see why they hired him!

Damian is one of the very best- even tho all of them are lol- n by showing James the ropes- he's in on the makings of being an outstanding tech!

I truly wish more companies focused on their customer service as well as Pro Active does!

To the owner- pls give Damian and Jesse and James a huge Christmas bonus for being friggin awesome!

Employees like them are the reason why I stay- even if there's other companies out there that are cheaper!

Excellent response time, customer service and price was reasonable! The ants were immediately gone and have not been back! Loved the service!

Chris is fantastic! He set us up with a great deal and we haven't seen an ant since proactive started coming to our house 5 months ago. Excellent company with wonderful people.

My husband hired Pro Active Pest Control for our bug problem. Today, Nichole B. Arrived at 11:45 AM and she was awesome! She sprayed around our home, answered our questions and educated us on a few things about bugs that we did not know. Nicole is very helpful, professional and kind. She even grabbed our garbage cans off the street & put them back by our house before she left-it was trash day. A real unexpected kindness. Thank you, Nichole! We are so happy with our routine treatment for preventative purposes from Pro Active. The technicians are always so friendly and respectful of our property. Whenever I have a question, a representative is easily available over the phone and they always follow up with email and text communication. Garrett specifically was so helpful and professional with his inspection of our home and explaining everything he was doing along the way. He was great at his job and really did a thorough review of what was completed and what follow up would be needed. Overall very happy with the service and value of proactive.
