Juan and his team were fast, professional and fair when I needed some pest control and prevention at my house. He always communicated in advance and followed through on what he promised to do. And most importantly, the pests are gone! I highly recommend Juan and his team for your pest control needs.

I had rats in the attic but absolutely could not figure out how they were entering.
Juan came by, looked over the house, and found where they had been getting in. He quoted to close it off, as well as some other possible entrances.
The work was done quickly, and I haven't caught another rat since, so they must have done well.

Juan was great at taking care of the wasp nest in my backyard. He is very responsive, was available to come out the very next day, and the entire service took less than 15 minutes. I would call him again for any kind of pest issues!

Scheduled a yearly preventative spraying with Juan recently and his service is still as great as my initial review stated. Quick, easy, communicative and effective. Juan is an honest business man who is an expert in his field and genuinely happy to help. I wouldn't go to anyone else but him for any pest related issues.

Super happy with Juan's service! He is very communicative and quick, came over fast and sprayed for cockroaches. The first few days after he sprayed I saw the most, I think they were freaking out, then they disappeared thank goodness. I recommended Juan's services to my neighbors, as the company they used didn't get the job done. He even offered to return to install a weather strip for my front door! 10/10 service and results.

Juan is very polite, honest and explains the problems well. His communication skill was excellent so it was very easy to set up his visits and get answers from him when I had questions.
He covered all possible openings where rodents were coming in and out and left the job site very clean. He even found a hole on the roof in the attic where the roofers had missed. I would highly recommend him and his crews. Thank you, Juan!

Juan is by far the most competitively priced from the many companies I contacted, not to mention super communicative and will go above and beyond to make sure your home is rodent free. He rodent proofed our home, built new screens for the crawlspace and set traps for any remaining rodents that were trapped inside. Highly recommend!

We had a stubborn problem with ants--until we met Juan, whom I call the "Ant Whisperer." He's knowledge. He's effective. He arrives on time. However, Juna's best quality might be his joyful professionalism. It's not joy in exterminating ants; it appears to be joy in meeting and helping people. We've used him twice over the past decade, or so. (Ants don't stay away forever, but they disappeared for longer than promised.) Use Juan and you'll gain an Ant Whisperer and perhaps a friend.

1 star because I cant give 0. This guy completely ripped us off! He charged us $1500 to help with a rat problem and all he did was cover holes and put rat traps with peanut butter. His contract said it included inside services and he never put a trap or even bothered going inside the place. We would see rats constantly and he blamed everything except his service. I had to bring 2 plumbers and a handy man because of him. First it was we had a leaking pipe, we brought a plumber and he verified that we didnt have one. He again blamed the pipe and we brought ANOTHER plumber for a second opinion and his response was, "that plumber was a family friend" instead of taking accountability that his services aren't working. I wouldn't be surprised if his response is to blame us more.

And to top it off every time he would come he would say, "I feel like you're not happy with the service" no shit. I got you in February and its May and I still have rats. No shit.

His services supposedly have warranty but its been months since FEBRUARY, we still have a rat problem and he refuses to come now.

DO NOT COME HERE !!! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!

I've already reported this company to the Federal Trade Commission and I'm looking to pursue further legal action.

So i was hearing something up in my crawl space and luckily have never had to deal with rodent issues before so turned to yelp and found Pro Excel Pest Solutions. Met Juan who walked me through every step on what could be going on and was beyond informative, took pictures of everything he found to show me, and not only that but made sure to give me options and absolutely no pressure to buy/do anything. Juan came out to do the job and wow, what a great guy! He made sure every entry point was secure and told me as he went along how and what he was doing. He was polite, efficient and the price was beyond fair. VERY impressed and HIGHLY recommend Pro Excel Pest Solutions!
