I have seen steaming in action but not on a couch and I must say I was blown away by the strength and virility that the steam machines can produce man! Whoa. It sucked the crap right outta that couch? Where did it all go? Were we sitting in al that filth? That machine is BEAST MODE

But wielding that awesome tank was Eldin and magnificent and was so kind, polite and genuine I tipped him $20!

Look, just save some money for a holiday with your wife and call Pro Green Carpet Cleaning and make your stuff new again. It's that easy.

Arranged a carpet cleaning service with Maya and totally disappointed with their customer service of this business. Firstly, they changed the schedule for the cleaning just one day before the date of the appointment. I accommodated for it without any hesitation. Then just 10 minutes before the re-scheduled appointment, she tells me that the cleaner needs a parking, when this was never communicated a day before when she called to reschedule. I even called them to reason with them and see if they can work out a solution so we can still have the service. However, she said this was "common sense" that the cleaner would need parking. That is very rude and unprofessional. You're better off looking for plenty other carpet cleaning services that appreciates having customers and values potential customers.

A very bad experience.

This is my first time writing a review for any kind of home service, but was compelled to share about Pro Green due to the abysmal quality of this experience.

The technician was miserable and unfriendly the entire time and an altercation developed when I brought attention to almost every stain that was still clearly visible.

The technician became aggressive and stormed out of the house, without any resolution.

None of the stains have been removed, and the entire experience was hostile, unprofessional, pointless, and completely unsatisfying.

The follow up conversations with the owner were remedial in a sense, and I understand that the technician was having a bad day that was amplified by it being New Years day, the rooms were not easy to access with his equipment, etc.

This being said, his conduct was inappropriate on many levels.
The owner and the company seem to hold integrity however, and I did not need to pay for the service.

Having checked a few of the bigger names in carpet cleaning, I saw that Pro Green was offering very reasonable prices. All laid out on their website, and no games, as there were with some comapnies who offered to "adjust" their price, once it was clear they were too high. And no "service charge" of $30 on all orders, either. Simple, clear information. They were able to come the very next day, and did an excellent job. I'd happily use them again, based on my experience.

I've had Tom come twice to two different places. He is extremely professional, flexible and does an amazing job. I have a pet - so not only were the rugs dirty but he was also great with the dog. He moved the rugs to dry in an area away from the pets. Extremely clean, polite and kind. Very reasonable price, and comes when he says he will, and will text if he's late. I had once previously used a big cleaning company and the price was exhorbinant by comparison. The guy works really hard and is very trustworthy.
