Pro Miller

Had a fantastic experience with pro miller repairs my dishwasher was no longer heating the water had a feeling it was the heating element requested multiple companies through yelps service at about 10 am tech from promiller was able to be at our house by 1 pm same day came out showed me the cost of the heating element was up front about labor charge which I felt was very respectable and ordered part which arrived and was installed by Monday evening. Every other company was unable to respond to even do diagnostic until Monday couldn't be happier great experience would highly recommend

My first time using Pro Miller from Yelp. My refrigerator was making sounds and not as cold anymore. ProMiller reached out immediately came out same day and did affordable repair. I wasted all night researching new refrigerators. Ryan was awesome he fixed it like nothing and cleaned everything. If I ever have another appliance problem I'm always calling Pro Miller. Very fast, professional, honest and good.

My dishwasher seal got broken yesterday this morning I did a quick google search and found this company. Gave them a call and they set an appointment for same day . Called them at 9-10am had an appointment slot for 11-1 . The tech was running a little behind they called me even before 11 am to let me know and if he arrived by 2 if it was okay . I received a text letting me know he was on his way. When Allen arrived he was very respectful of our home and noticed we had shoes at the door and asked if he should take his off as well. When he was looking at the issue he recommended replacing the whole dishwasher because the part that was broken can't be replaced . He also said he could try to fix it without guarantee to which my husband said no it okay . Allen then again ask politely if he could please try to help . We agreed because who wants to replace an entire washer that just needs a new seal . Allen went above and beyond they have very fair prices . And our experience with this company is amazing very professional very polite. Hopefully none of my appliances break again but if they do I will be calling them again . My dishwasher is working better than it has in 3 years thanks to Allen zero leaks since he left .

Prompt response but diagnostic and solution all over the place... a lot of hesitation. I asked if the recommended repair will solve the problem and response was a maybe so I declined.
