I purchased a large 8x10 washable rug. It was time for a cleaning. ProClean washed it in what must be a really big washing machine. It came out as new and was neatly packed into a large plastic zip bag. Easy to carry. They quoted a price and ended up being able to do it for less. Don't see that very often. They've got my future business!

Way beyond my sewing ability! So surprised to have the dress delivered, pressed, and ready to wear. Would highly recommend Esther's service for alterations and the entire team at Pro cleaning. They have clearly exceeded my expectations for their services and at a very reasonable price! Thanks!

So thankful to yelp, to be able to find this wonderful business. After trying other cleaners that wanted to charge me half of what I actually paid to buy my shirt, I was ready to throw it out and start over. So glad I didn't, but instead found this most exceptional business in Santa Rosa. Their prices, delivery, and service would be absolutely unbeatable, anywhere in the bay area. So if you are like me and thought you had to throw out half of your clothes, b/c you don't like ironing, try ProClean. We also had some altering done that was very professional and reasonably priced. Love, love, their free delivery and commitment to excellence!

We do quarterly visits to Santa Rosa from Mendocino and this is one of our frequent stops. There are no dry cleaners in our neck of the woods. This place is fine with the 3-month wait, they do good work, and their prices are quite reasonable.

Ann A.Santa Rosa, CA1331Feb 11, 2023Can't say enough about this business. First of all, when you walk in you get a feeling of cleanliness and friendliness. The receptionist is knowledgeable and happy.......she obviously likes her job to a point that I felt she was the owner. (but wasn't)
I took in an off white bedspread. I wanted it washed. No real stains, just dirty.
When I picked it up it was neatly folded in a plastic zip-up container with a handle.
I've told every one I know what a great experience I had & hopefully, they'll get more business.

We took a coverlet from an ANB to he cleaned. It had a gnarled stain from a long term guest. They did a good job.
I saw they have a wash dry fold service as well. So I gave that a try the next week. Very conscientious workers, friendly check in and it was clear they aim to please. A very nice surprise.
Imagine they can handle pretty much everything.

yes we did a mistake and we apologize about your negative experience.
I personally tried to contact you by phone left messages to discuss this issue. You paid double the laundry $115 and and which should been around $60. We did not charge you for blankets, and comforters for over $120 which are shown on your drop.off ticket. Therefore you did not have any financial loss.
Mistakes are happening and in this case the only possibility was that you find you own clothes in the delivery. Again we apologize for the inconvenience and wanted to talk to you how to make it right. This is not a common mistake.We analyzed how the mistake happened and took steps that will not happen again, so we are able to provide excellent service to our happy custom.

I received way more laundry than I dropped off. Cost was double what it normally is. I Was asked to go through it and separate what is mine, and another entire family's laundry. Was definitely weird experience separating another man and women's underwear, shirts, and I assume an elderly man's things as well. I Paid the entire amount , and then dropped what was not mine back off . And when I asked about the cost they responded that I was not charged for my blankets. And have a nice day. No proof, and I had no way of investigating this. I attempted to contact the manager, with no response. They can do better. Having another women's underwear sorted on your bed is not a good look to the wife. Did business very often here, but now looking elsewhere.

My Normal dry cleaner went out of business during covid, so we were looking for new location. I wanted to find a location closer to where we live now as well. I found ProClean through Yelp. I was starting a new job so wanted to get my suit, blazers and a few dress shirts cleaned. The quality and cost is far superior then past locations I have been to. They were able to get some yellowing out of my shirts, and everything was pressed nicely.
