Productive Rodent Proofing

Tom and Frank were great to work with. They are very responsive as we had rat proofed our house years ago and of course, they find new entry ways into our house. PRP were very thorough with all potential entry ways and caught quite a few rats the first time and did frequent check-ins and inspections. A few months later we got new rats and PRP was very responsive to ensure no new entryways and set up a camera to see where they were coming in at the bottom of our house. Tom and Frank never gave up when the rats returned a few months ago and we were able to close up any new entryways.

Very responsive and accomodating and educated us on what to do going forward. Highly recommend and very reasonably priced compared to the other companies.

We had a complicated rodent issue with our rental property and one of the best decisions we made was to hire Frank and his team! Most companies would probably given up, but not Frank!

With the use of technology, Frank and his team was able to track down how the rodents were getting into the home. It was a very unusual situation due a pre-existing faulty plumbing system. Prior to Frank, we had 3 other companies who failed to diagnose. One even took our money and ran! Beware of who you hire!

What a tag team! A few months ago, Frank came and did an amazing job, sterilizing affected areas, identifying and sealing up the interior and exterior holes and setting traps. And Tom also went above and beyond following up, cleaning up additional soiled areas, checking traps in the subsequent weeks. We had no activity for a while following that. Then, when more mice appeared again recently, Tom came back to track down the source and expertly seal it up. Thanks PRP for your 5-star service!

I can't recommend Frank and Productive Rodent Proofing enough. I have had some mice and rats in our crawl space and texted Frank. He wrote back the same day and was out the next morning for a free inspection. He thoroughly looked at the area and pointed out where they were coming in (by the density of the droppings) and said this was a job I could handle on my own. He told me which products to use to close the holes and how to use them. He even gave me a few traps and insight on how to best put in the bait. He didn't charge me anything for his time. "If this doesn't work, just let me know." He was friendly and efficient. If you have a bigger problem than we do, I would say he's your guy.

If you got rodents then these are the guys you gotta call.
They were able to identify the issues, locate holes, and thoroughly patch em up whilst laying an abundance of traps with personalized bait and nonetheless their work was effective. They understand rodents better than any other pest control service Ive worked with before. It's one thing to just lay a bunch of traps and hope for the best, but these guys seriously understand the psychology of the rodents and were quick and professional with their service. They even made fixes to our house to ensure the rodents wouldn't be able to come back in the future. Certainly worth the money and great value for excellent service

Productive Rodent Proofing (Frank) responded very quickly. He did a professional inspection all the entry points that a mice could enter and gave me a lot of information about proofing your home which was very, very valuable. The little intruder was easily caught within 24 hours thanks to Frank showing me where to put the traps. If you need help, contact PRP for a free inspection, while others may charge you for it! I reached out to Frank a couple months ago after trying to resolve by myself a mouse problem I've been having ever since I bought my house. Many traps and repeated dropping cleanings later, I decided to finally set up cameras to see why the droppings kept returning. Turns out I had a whole family of mice as well as visitors coming in and out of my house. Frank squeezed me in and showed up the next day for an inspection. I knew he was my guy and scheduled for rodent proofing and cleaning ASAP. He came with his wife and decontaminated all the areas. He initially blocked up all the holes where mice were coming in and out and even helped me with installing some garage door seals. He set traps in strategic areas and told me that his brother, Tom, would follow up weekly.

Tom is a rodent hunting master. He would tirelessly check in with me for updates and rodent proof any additional holes that were found with my cameras. My old attached Sunset house is full of mouse-sized holes and pathways due to how it was constructed. Anytime I would find footage of a mouse, Tom would show up quickly and apply his creative engineering skills to either set up a trap or block the new pathway the mice were using. Thanks to Frank and Tom's hard work and responsiveness, I have been mouse free for a month now. The issue was resolved within a month of initial contact with Frank. I would definitely recommend Productive Rodent Proofing. They are also currently working on my in-laws' years-long mouse problem, and they are very grateful for how thorough and responsible Tom and Frank are.

Frank saved the day! We have a little mouse problem, and last night I came home to a dead mouse in one of the traps. I am very squeamish and couldn't even access the kitchen let alone pick up and dispose of it. So I called around and Frank came to the rescue.

SUPER RESPONSIVE + ACCOMMODATING - I sent Frank a note this morning at 7:30am and he squeezed me in before his first appointment. Showed up right on time at 8:30am.

FRIENDLY + WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND - The ask was just to remove the mouse, but he took a look at likely points of entry (that we just had sealed up 2 days ago) and confirmed they looked good and that this little mouse was probably stuck inside.
