Dmitry is very fast responding in my inquiry.
He gave me the proper explanation and estimate cost to repair. I needed the service right away and he managed to provide very quick.He checked and explained what my refrigerator problem and how he would fix including the warranty . We agreed and he proceeded very professionally.
We are happy with his service and will ask him for help with any appliances problems we have.

I received a good quote for a washer/dryer hookup and scheduled an appointment. The appointment was confirmed prior to the day of. However, Dmitriy never showed up. I called multiple times and no one responded. Washer/dryer hookups are pretty essential, so to have no response and then try and scramble for a replacement service is difficult and disappointing.

This company gave me a decent quote so I scheduled an appointment with them even though I had to wait a few days. I rushed home to make the appointment time and no one ever came. They also didn't answer my messages or calls.

Dmitry showed up the same day after inquiring about services. He was extremely professional and friendly and knew exactly what the issue was with the washer. He's fast and efficient. He ordered what was needed for the washer so it could arrive the next day. He kept us updated on delivery of the part and showed up the next day during the weekend. Thank you again for your help! Washing machine filled with water and then stopped. Nothing we did got the wash, agitate, spin & drain features to operate. Checked Yelp for help & Protech stood out. Dimitry responded the same day and arrived when he said he would. Diagnosed the problem, ordered a part that arrived the next day & Dimitry installed it right away. He is knowledgeable, prompt, dependable, good communicator, and respectful of property. Very eager to assist with any appliance problems. We won't hesitate to call him again. Thank you!

I contacted Protech Appliances after getting a warning from my dryer that the vent was possibly clogged. He was very responsive and scheduled an appointment really fast.
He was able to extract a huge amount of dust that was clogging the vent, connect back my dryer and run some test to make sure the issue was resolved.
Overall the quality and price was great!
Will contact him whenever I face issues with my appliances.

Dima from ProTech was the absolute right choice for us when our washer and dryer needed repairing. Dima was very knowledgeable and had no issue answering ALL our questions patiently.
