I cannot express how much gratitude I have for this company.

For context my apartment is a single bedroom loft apartment, about 1000 sq ft.

First off, I requested a quote and within the first 10 min I received a message from them letting me know the estimate of a move out cleaning service, very swift. Btw their offer was better all the other companies that I contacted.

Second, they were incredibly professional.

Third, the cleaning team themselves. Very fast, did their job as told and even cleaned parts I didn't ask them to clean because I thought it would cost extra. But they just did it, I looked inside what was once my disgusting refrigerator looked brand new. They were also meticulous about their cleaning and even got out hard stains that were left from the previous renters.

The only con I had with them was they left a small light on but that wasn't a big deal. Just wanted to put it out there.

Overall, they are the best. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Requested regular cleaning. The quality of cleaning is not what you'd expect from professional cleaners.

For instance, the shower grime on the bathtub walls and glass doors were not cleaned well. Vacuumed carpet did not have vacuum lines. And they forgot cleaning the stovetop!

Price is relatively less than others, but I would pay the premium and get someone else in the future.

TL;DR - inconsistent quality, rarely on time (often late or an hour early) and little to no warning, and may cause serious property damage with steel wool but limited cleaning products. Nice enough manager who is quick to apologize and offer accommodations like discounts and comped cleanings for damage caused. Average prices but not worth the stress!

I had been using PS for about a year but can no longer tolerate the uncertainty of a rotating cast of inconsistent cleaners. They are usually very polite and friendly but clearly not well trained with real cleaning supplies. After I renovated my guest bath, they decided to use steel wool on my brand new ceramic sink, which caused deep permanent scratches (zoom in on pic). If they were equipped with proper cleaning supplies (disinfectants and clean towels - the same sad gray rags are used repeatedly without any cleaning agents), this should not have happened. To compensate for this, Gabriel the manager offered to comp one cleaning.

When asked about why they use steel wool and no cleaner, he responded, "they do know how to clean the surfaces and they do know how we do things around but sometimes they try to take the easier route just to make things faster and more comfortable for them and accidents like this happen and again I apologize for what they used to clean the sink but that's not the way we trained them to do the cleaning and I have given them the feedback on what happens when they don't follow what we train them for."

However, today during the comped cleaning, they again had the dreaded steel wool out. I asked them not to use it on my relatively clean cast iron stove grates. They seemed a bit confused about what would be appropriate to use instead. Then, after pointing out the prior damage to my new sink, they proceeded to scratch up a toilet as well - I was NOT trying to match the horror. To reduce my anxiety, I've decided to go with a colleague's recommendation of a cleaner who works for herself. Prices are actually 30% more competitive with a much closer eye for detail.

They do ask that you check their work before leaving, but often this is very uncomfortable as their supplies are already out the door. Plus, it's not possible to always check everything. Today, I found an entire pot and ladle left unclean on the stove. Also, common sense is definitely lacking as they wore blue booties over their shoes but proceeded to walk around the very wet yard and back in the house without removing them. Like, what?!

Great communication and service! Very fast responses and my apartment was so clean in only a couple hours.

Only use this company if you have a messy house that needs moderate cleaning. I asked for a deep clean for a studio, told the scheduler that the tenant's apartment was in bad shape, hadn't been cleaned for a few years. They agreed to a price and to come the next day.

After showing the two cleaners the space (bathroom, kitchen, great room), I get a text saying the crew refuses to clean as it's in "serious condition" and has rats. (There were mouse traps set years ago under a bed but no rats.) Thus leaving me in a lurch as the tenant was coming back from surgery the next day.

So they may be great cleaners, but unwilling to take on difficult projects.

Update: after the two cleaners walked out and refused service, this company said they could do it for double the price ($440) and were looking for someone else for the next day, which I approved since the tenant was coming home from surgery in two days. After nearly 2 hours of no response, I looked elsewhere and found an excellent team that did a fantastic cleaning the next day for $270. After telling this company that I found another cleaner, they texted hours later and said they had found someone if I was still interested (which I wasn't). So their rebuttal is false, I never declined service.

I'm very satisfied with the cleaning service, there were 2 cleaning people and got the job done in 3hours, we have a 4b3.5ba townhouse and all of the common area is so clean. Patricia was quick to respond to my messages and the cleaning staff were very friendly and swift doing everything. I had no problem communicating with them via Google translate. Thank you and good job!

I reached out to a couple of businesses on Yelp for a move-in cleaning. PS Pro Service was one of the first to respond back to me. Patricia and her team were very flexible when it came to scheduling our cleaning. I received a text message a day prior to the scheduled date of service confirming my appointment. The cleaners arrived on time and spent ~3 hours cleaning our house.

However, the cleaners did not do a great job at cleaning - I had to scrub the stains off the showers myself. There were streaks on the appliances, and scuffs on the wall. The carpets were cleaned thoroughly and the garage and other main areas were clean though.
