I REPEAT, DO NOT RENT HERE, unless you want your lease to increase 35% every six months. Seriously, it's their business model-look up the horror stories online. This predatory company has been sued for hundreds of millions, yet still exists despite their parasitical practices. They need to be shut down.

Beware - Public Storage raises rents by over 20%/year and well above current market rates. My 87 year old mother didn't pay attention to rate increase notices and I found out that they had jacked up the price for a unit that normally goes for $430 to $987! And when I called them they were not at all apologetic. We will be moving out!

The rent starts off at a decent price then it's complete price gouging. Absolutely ridiculous management blames corporate. You will regret doing business with this corporation.

Put a quote request. Never saw or visited the property. Yet was charged nearly $100 for a first month for $1 unit, when I was under the impression the reservation wasn't held until I came to pickup and sign for the unit. Jokes on me. If you want a place to take your money for zero service. These are your people.

Got a nice, ground floor space at a good rate. James was very helpful and also had the magic when my lock got stuck on the first day at the space. So far, so good!

Due to a 20% rental increase and as of today not six months worth of storage activity, I was never informed that my rental fee would be increased from $564 to over $700' nor was I ever notified. As I try to schedule a move out for June 3 and anticipating I would have to pay for those three days I was informed that public storage policy is you pay for the whole month! So for three days this company is threatening to charge me $723 if I don't pay or send me to collections! I am outraged and as a senior really feel like Public Storage is taking advantage of their clients. Beware of Public Storage and their business policies! I am willing to be responsible for the 3 days !

I cant even with the property manager right now. I accidentally rented the wrong unit and simply wanted to switch to a larger unit (more money for the business) but rather than just giving it to me straight the first time I called and tell me that I need to come down to the office to make the switch she gives me an 800 number, that I call, and they promptly tell me oh no she's the one who has to deal with that give her a call here's her direct line. So I call again, and she gives me a different number. BTW she was like yeah, if they tell you to call me again just give me a ring and I'll see what I can do for you. I'm like uh ok, call the 800 number she gave me, And what do they do? They tell me I need to call her again. I have been calling her back and she has stopped answering the phone. I am furious. If I could give this place any less stars I would. I can't believe the level of inconvenience this woman has caused me today.

I would have absolutely come down to switch things up, all she had to do was answer the phone.

Incredibly expensive after whatever specials they offer you for no reason. The "rent" goes up every single year, without fail. Use only for short term/if it's urgent. Otherwise, purge what you don't need and save yourself almost 300/month for the smallest unit they offer. 10/10 do not recommend based on pricing only. The staff are fine.
