These are legit street tacos. Incredibly flavorful and generous portions. We're from out of town and these are some of the best street tacos we've had in the Pacific Northwest.

Simple little shop. Nice owner who's very hardworking. Not bubbly and goofy but friendly in his own way. All the taco flavours are BOMB! For tacos nowadays and especially around the area, it's reasonable price and portion. He sells other products in from candy, snacks, drinks, sauces, baking ingredients, to items in the fridge that you can heat up at home. What more can I ask for. Wish it was closer to home though but worth the 1 hour drive.

Puerto Mexico is a tiny spot that will be my favourite stopover on the way to the Kits Beach or Spanish Banks.

It is located on 4th Ave close to MacDonald St.

I highly recommend this taco joint.

Seating is limited but definitely not the service.

So do come prepared to 'grab & go' or hangout on the sidewalk & chomp away.

The tacos are actually quite good.

The meat is soft & the flavour is a hit = authentic tacos. Remember to ask for hot sauce.

The owner & his son were great in helping me choose my taco order (chicken mole, Campechano, & Suadero) - my belly was very satisfied.

Available to buy as well are various chips, drinks & other Mexican goodies.

Hot tip alert - I met a couple here who recommended I try an order of beef with large corn!? It might be a 'special order.'

They couldn't remember the name of this item but next time I pop in, I'll describe it to the owners & hopefully I get to try it out.

When you want a quick and easy meal, look no further. The sweetest family owned business with amazing tacos at a reasonable price and groceries to boot!
Our favourite taco fillings are Chorizo, Beef and Pulled pork.
We also love getting their frozen chorizo to make meals at home.

Super authentic, super yummy and we love supporting small businesses! Try them out!

Tacos! Tacos! Tacos! One of the gems of Kits. Great tacos and if your lucky some other random Mexican special of the day. Also great guacamole in the fridge unless sold out. Great selection of miscellaneous Mexican food products. And probably most importantly one of the nicest families that you will meet who run it.

I found him (and his wife) on 4th Ave near MacDonald.

Always GREAT Tacos from this Team, but today, I dove into a Bowl of Pozole and ate it like a whale eats shrill.

Stopped in to check it out and Carlos was so kind and welcoming I knew I'd have to bring Luis here.
We've been back a few times for great truly Mexican tacos (homesick) and today had Burritos como en mi Mexico querido that were brilliant.
We'll be regulars for sure.

We ordered delivery for a large group and the tacos were so good, I wish I lived closer. They were so easy to deal with via email and on the phone. We had more than enough food for 33 people and everyone was raving about it.
