Pure Aqua

My natural pond was in trouble where the waterfall receptacle wasn't filling and I had a potential leak about 6 inches below grade, and some plants were taking over my pond. I found Tony at Pure Aqua and he has come out and done a stellar job of cleaning out the sludge and filter and rebuilding the waterfall, as well as cleaning out roots around the pump and doing a very job of general maintenance for the pond. I intend to have him come back at regular intervals to keep up the good work. Tony answered my call promptly, called from the freeway when he was running 10 minutes late due to traffic, and is polite and efficient.

I am extremely disappointed with the hot tub services provided by Pure Aqua. My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating.

First and foremost, Tony, the owner, have a serious communication problem. I left multiple voicemails and sent numerous emails, but none of my calls or messages were returned. It's as if he doesn't care about his customers at all.

Secondly, their maintenance services are incredibly lazy. When they finally showed up, it was clear that they were not interested in doing a thorough job. They rushed through the maintenance, leaving several issues unresolved.

He also failed to maintain a scheduled maintenance. We had agreed on a regular maintenance schedule, but have not shown up to any of the appointments withoug notice or explanation. This lack of reliability and professionalism is unacceptable.

Overall, I would not recommend Pure Aqua to anyone looking for hot tub services. Their poor communication, lazy maintenance, and failure to stick to a schedule make them a terrible choice. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

I cannot be happier with Pure Aqua's service on my hot tub. I called Tony and made an appointment for the next day. Frankly, because of so many contractors who never show up, I only half expected them to show. But they did, within the time frame specified. The technician, Mike, diagnosed the problem within seconds, and fixed it right away. I was nervous letting him leave before the tub was refilled and tested, but he seemed so sure that was the problem that I let him take off rather than paying to wait. Sure enough, this morning, the tub is completely fixed! I'm a very happy client. Thank you!

While away on business my koi pond fell in disarray and lost about 8 koi... while in Baja, Tony came out on a emergency request to service my small pond and helped me avoid loosing the rest of the fish, Thanks a million!

I definitely recommend them because they rescheduled me with no problem since the project that we were working on it wasn't ready for them but at the end everything was perfect

Not sure what is going on at Pure Aqua but for some unknown reason, Tony missed my last scheduled tank service about 2 weeks ago and has not returned my multiple calls, texts and emails to explain why this happened. I truly hope things are ok with him but his lack of response is disappointing. I am still waiting for a call from anyone from his company for an explanation.

Tony helped get my hot tub in working order after we bought our house. He walked me through all of the steps to keep it in working order and even did a follow up consultation a few weeks after when I'd forgotten some key steps. Will definitely be using him again in the future!

Tony provides great service and is very reliable, professional, and works hard. I would recommend him!

Tony (the owner) is really kind, I have 2 clownfishes because relocate issue I have to find a new home for them. Tony came to pick them up in the same day. I believe he will take good care of them. Thank you. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Our aquarium was in need of major work and the plumbing we had was very badly done. Tony suggested a better option for filtration and installed it professionally and promptly. Our tank is now running beautifully and we are very happy with his service. We've gone through a lot of other people who didn't know what they were doing so it was refreshing to see Tony come in and fix it up all. Thanks.
