Pure Mountain Spring Water

This is the best mountain spring water you can buy! There is nothing on the market that compares to the taste! Also any type of water makes my stomach hurt and this water does not. Buy local!

This company is a joke! Have anyone tried to call them and talked to a person or actually gotten a call back? My first problem is with the communication. On the day of my delivery I wasn't given any time I called but no answers. And I emailed them but no response. They finally called me around 11 in the morning and told me that they are downstairs but they won't deliver because I live in an apartment. They said it's hard to find parking and that the parking spot is too far away from the door. What? How does Amazon, Uber eats, DoorDash and all the postal services deliver package if they can't find parking? You can literally park right in front. The front door is literally 10 steps away from the curb. There is elevator in the building as well. Right after we spoke, I tried to call them back to give them parking instructions. I called three times and only gotten voicemail. This is a total joke. I tried to be patient and sympathetic of a family own business but this is not the way to run a business at all. There's no professionalism whatsoever. I see that most of the reviews are from years ago. Have anybody tried to use their service recently?

I started out with Alhambra water years ago and then changed to Arrowhead and then to the Nestle company who took over the Arrowhead route. The water was ok - having come from the wilds of Montana where the water tasted like ambrosia... it is tough to drink any other. Nestle being the corporate behemouth they are, decided I did not exist and no amount of hold time or speaking to "Linda" from India did any good at all.
Then I found Pure Mountain Spring Water! What a breath of fresh air!
I offer 5 star rating to you all! Service is Awesome! No hold time, email, text and fully open communication. Jay even gets along with my dog!

The quality of the water is top notch (nothing will ever compare to my sweet water from up north) for any bottled water I have tried. I am never "out" but if I were, I know that they would make special efforts to help me out.
The personal factor is there that comes with small businesses. I will always support a small business first if I can.

Price wise, I think they are comparable to the other delivery companies. I feel badly that the cost of fuel is so high and understand surcharges for delivery as I was in the business myself. I just know with the quality of the service and product, and especially the fact that I can talk to someone when I call that knows me and my account, I would pay more without hesitation.

Best Water Service Ever!

My water is always delivered on time. They are so nice and so responsive and also so kind to accommodate my request about texting when my water had been delivered since I have a psychotic neighbor who threw my bottles into the bushes one time. I have no idea why. The water tastes wonderful!

Started with amazing service and biweekly is always timely and consistent. Never had a problem.

We've been with Pure Mountain Spring Water for nearly three years. Great service, good prices, good people, excellent water. We're moving away and I'm going to miss them.

Found their jugs at a home I needed to clean out. Called them five times in the last 30 days asking them to pick them up. Each time they said they would pick them up within a few days. They never came by and never apologized. I finally gave up and took the jugs to a recycling plant who said they needed to scrap them since they were not compliant for california recycling. I can't understand why people don't follow through. If they didn't want to pick them up, they should have said so in the beginning.

Water is delicious!!! We appreciate the thoroughness and cleanliness this company provides. We wanted a business that was not mainstream and this family owned was exactly what we were searching for. Did I mention that the water is delicious. Thank you for your services!

I was shopping around for spring water because I since discovered tap is usually completely stripped of essential minerals (thanks Netflix and zac effron) but I realized a lot of delivery water services were too expensive or didn't clearly state the source. I was so happy when I found pure mountain spring water, they're decently priced and if you have any issues they are very responsive and quickly resolve it. It's so nice bro able to have water delivered now.

These guys are great. Super reliable. We used the big companies in the past and experienced poor customer service and pick up and delivery on the wrong days. Very quick to respond when needing to reschedule or change up my order. I've been having water delivered since 2007 and Pure Mountain has been the best.
