We had a water hardness test by Purifyx. It was very detailed and informative. The test showed us the hardness levels in our tap water and even in our filtered water. We do recommend Purifyx for water softener service. Appreciate it.

We requested a water analysis and got a full house filtration system with the reverse osmosis faucet. Extremely good service technicians! We were amazed at the amount of knowledge they held and gave us tips. Showed us the ropes on how to efficiently use the system. Done in 2 hours totally worth the price

The installer who I hired to install my water softner / reverse osmosis system was unresponsive for more than a week. My reverse osmosis water was flowing very slowly. I didn't want to keep buying bottled water and keep waiting on the company that installed my system. So I went to YELP to look for some help. We recently purchased a new home in Sacramento and I met a representative while he was in my area, scheduled and appointment. He was a nice guy. Water test was done few days after and was excellent. Megan was great and well explained the process, benefits and warranty information. We really enjoyed and were well informed.

Just had a the water test. It was presented well and had good information. I think it felt like the same water test and show that other companies do. I will update my review if I end up purchasing the system.

We got the whole house water filter and softener with a lifetime warranty. We immediately noticed the difference in our water quality. They were very responsive (even in the weekend). Upon running through the contract and credit, they pulled up on the designated date and time, for the install. Everything was done professionally and they will also walked me through the user settings of the equipment. This was done in Sacramento, CA, where we have city water. I signed a contract for 0% APR for 36 months with no down payment. The total cost was around $5.5k (for a used water filter but mine also came with a lifetime warranty) and the monthly payment would pay it off by then. Hope this helps any future customers :)

The sales person came to the house and completed their water test. I already know I was buying a whole house filter and softener system, it was just which one. They had a few same day discounts that helped close our deal. There was some soap package deal included but it's been a month and haven't heard anything about my subscription to that. Not sure I would buy into it anyway. There are filters in this system that need to be replaced yearly and others that need to be replaced every few years. Since I didn't get the communication about the soap, I'm leery about their communication about changing the filters. They tell you they have reminders . The installer was excellent and left clean work and explained the system well. I would give 5 stars if I wasn't doubtful about their follow up.

We recently moved into our new build in Sacramento and had a representative knock on our door for a free water test. Our last residence had horrible water and we were curious about the water in our new home.

We enjoyed the presentation! The water test was really informative and interesting to see. Definitely interested in a system, but the high cost is making us delay purchasing one.

Just bought a new construction home and the waters hardness was severe.
This company offered us water softening treatment with Rainsoft.
I like the outcome.
The missing star is because I think the cost was high.
