      Courteous and timely repairs, the tech called to setup appointment; called to notify us 15 mins in advance; arrived and went to diagnose the issue right away.

      What surprised me is they actually check the components like true technicians. The wiring, connections, etc. they don't just look at an error code and go off a manual. I figured if these guys can't fix my issue I'm toast.

      However, no hiccups, repair went smoothly, and I am very happy with Q+.

      Absolutely professional and the quality of work was excellent.

      Alex did the reinstallation (correctly this time) of my over the range microwave by himself and so I was surprised by that since there were two technicians who installed this (poorly) when I purchased it at an appliance depot. He even vacuumed after he finished the reinstallation.

      I will hire this company again in the future!

      Our home warranty, First American Home Warranty, (https://homewarranty.firstam.com) contracted
      Q+Appliance LLC (https://www.qplusappliance.com) for a second opinion on the installation of our dishwasher. Our dishwasher was missing brackets, where it was improperly installed, due to the missing brackets.
      Q+Appliance dispatched two workers. The workers did not ask for information, nor did they listen where we stated that the dishwasher was installed that way. Q+Appliance took hours to inspect the dishwasher, and took pictures of the place where there were missing brackets.
      Q+Appliance's negligence, First American Home Warranty denied our claim. We cannot provide a positive review for Q+Appliance

      We have a Sub-Zerorefrigerator-Freezer. Our freezer compressor burnt out. Our home warranty sent Paul from Q Plus Appliance & Repair. He spent several hours but he was able to replace the part.
      We are happy to have our freezer working and back to Sub-Zero.

      Our home warranty company (First American) patched us to Q+ Appliance after our first contractor/company spent a month trying to fix our ice maker but could not find the issue. At first, I was apprehensive about wasting another few weeks trying to diagnose the problem. But we had an awesome experience with Q+.

      An employee from Q+ Appliance called to set up an appointment a few days after the work order was transferred to them. I was in class when the phone call came through so I didn't have a chance to answer it. Plus I was honestly annoyed at the whole ice maker repair process so I didn't call them back. :P The employee then called back a few days later and we set up the appointment for Monday between 3-7pm.

      On Monday, Alex called in the afternoon and let me know that he was about 15 minutes from our house. I appreciated the heads up. Alex showed up when he said he would and I was surprised at how young he was. But I've learned that a lot of times younger employees have learned the trade from family members and sometimes are quite skilled.

      We walked into the kitchen and I figured I'd give Alex some background about the ice maker (that it had been repaired twice in the past couple years and the most recent contractor had attempted to fix it for a full month but to no avail). I was actually impressed that Alex stopped everything to turn to me, make eye contact and listen to what I was saying. In my mind, I thought, someone has taught this guy good listening skills.

      So Alex got to work and was busy for probably the next 30 minutes or so. He seemed to know what he was doing (unlike the first contractor who couldn't even get the ice maker out). Alex said there was an issue with the wires and he had soldered them back so we would have ice. I was a little skeptical (oh ye of little faith) but the next morning, there was fresh ice waiting for us!

      Totally impressed with Alex, his expertise and his professionalism. He was very courteous and polite the entire visit, even asking permission to wash his hands in the kitchen sink! And as he was leaving, he walked out the door, turned around, made eye contact and said goodbye. I was super impressed by what a gentleman he was. Either his parents or his company have trained him very well.

      Highly recommend this company and especially Alex if you have any appliance issues. Excellent work!

      We have ice!!!! Just one visit and Alex fixed it (after another company spent 4 full weeks trying!)

      Perhaps the best service ever from a home warranty-dispatched technician.
      Paulo worked hard and dug deeply into our dishwasher to diagnose the problem.
      Came back with parts a week later, installed them and -- fingers crossed -- the first load looked great.
      Highly recommended!

      My home warranty hired these people. HORRIBLE, they lied to my home warranty. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They are the same as AT APPLIANCE. Bottom of the barrel companies that home warranties hire. No one else will hire them!!!

      Wost contractor ever! Came out for dishwasher issues.

      - He had no idea what he was doing (hence him looking up Youtube videos at every visit).

      - Definitely reached a point where he hit a dead end and was no longer interested in figuring out the issue.

      - Told my insurance company we vandalized the dishwasher??? What?!?!? Thankfully, after much discussion w/ my home warranty company (First American) had to provide proof of pictures my dishwasher is 100% intact, and they changed contractors. What a waste of time!

      !!! BEWARE !!!

      First time using our new home warranty through First American and was prepared for the same kind of painfully poor service I'd received through Fidelity Home Warranty. The service request for our oven was placed around 10 pm and first thing the next morning I was contacted by Q Appliance asking if a technician could come out later that day. The technician determined the issue and said he'd place an order for the needed part. Within a week he was back and replaced the faulty part and even told me what kind of bulb I needed to replace the oven light that was out and showed me how to replace it. I could not have asked for a better service experience. Well done Q Appliance!!
