I used the moving service twice, but both of experiences were very good! Movers were professional and service was charged based on every 15 minutes. I think this kind of calculation is very reasonable.

Hired Q Shark for our 1-bed move from North Park to Encinitas. They were extremely clear about pricing and labor needed, we ended up hiring 2 movers for our move. "V" and his colleague were amazing. They arrived on time, were extremely polite and took care of everything for us. I was most impressed by what good care they took of our furniture, they did an amazing job wrapping it all up so nothing was at risk of damage. I will definitely be hiring for our next move (but hopefully not for a few years!).

Qshark has helped me move within San Diego twice and has been communicative, reliable, and realistic... all crucial qualities in movers.

Three men and a 30 foot box truck were sent to help me move from a 2 bed 2 bath condo into a storage unit. I had 2 stops: first to Goodwill then to my storage unit.

JOSH, JACK and HUNTER were very helpful and adaptable. I live in a large complex that was somewhat complicated to get to. They worked quickly and efficiently and protected my items well.

NOTES:

- Make sure you are prepared with relevant information such as your to and from addresses, relevant phone numbers, any potential access problems (e.g. gates, security clearance, tight streets, steep driveways, bathroom access, pets, etc.) . Having this info makes the move more efficient.

- Make sure you take pictures of your stuff. I had a few items that were ALREADY broken PRIOR to the move and did not want anyone on my team to blame the movers.

- Think about feeding your movers or at least having snacks and water for them. This is not mandatory but really helped us all during the move. I was also moving a few smaller, more fragile items at the same time).

- Try not to forget to TIP your movers. They did work hard for us and we appreciate it!

They are an excellent moving company. Customer service was very responsive with phone calls, questions, and scheduling. The moving team did a fantastic job. They were very thorough with going over the furniture and the start and end times of their service. They amazingly stacked our items to the rim in the moving truck. They finished our relocation in one day and they were a great group. I highly recommend trusting this company for moving.

Andrew and Alex from QSHARK Moving Company were excellent. They were on time, professional and very neat and careful with all our furniture. I highly recommend this company for reliable moving. They also sent email confirmations, 48 hour advance confirmation call and text when they were on the way. It was well worth the money to have a professional mover.

Based on their excellent reviews, we hired Qshark to move our furniture and belongings to our new home. We were assured a competent job and had numerous communications with them prior to the move.
Unfortunately, the move itself did not go as promised.
We appreciated their desire to make amends for our experience. They refunded $500 for our broken and poorly packed items and made some effort to locate the missing boxes, which unfortunately were never found.
I cannot fault them for trying to make amends, but over the past few weeks as we've noted more and more of our irreplaceable items were lost, we feel it necessary to share our unhappy experience with them.
