I found them on Yelp. I join the chorus of reviewers who give Sergey five stars. We have a 20-year old Thermodor wall mounted microwave/oven unit which has had its usual run of heating element replacement, relay board malfunction, and total microwave replacement over the years despite gentle use. This time, the relay board needed to be replaced. And Thermador no longer carried the part. Sergey patiently went through the diagnosis and sent the mother board out for repair, telling me that 95% of the time, it could be repaired. He kept me in the loop and was always quick to respond with updates (so unique among the repair trade). When the board came back, he spent 3 hours running down to turn off the circuit breaker and returning upstairs to the oven. The result: I am among the unlucky 5%. Sergey thenwent on eBay and found a refurbished board for around $700 and suggested that route. By then, I have decided I should just go for a new unit as who knows how long the refurbished board will last. I asked Sergey to bill me for all the time he spent. He simply sent me a bill for the initial house call! I of course doubled that amount. Sergey is incredibly versatile in all manners of electronics, mechanics, and all aspects of appliance repair. I am beyond impressed.

Apparently not every repair technician is well versed in LG appliances and how to fix them. Sergey at Quality Appliance knew exactly what the issue was with my LG dishwasher, ordered the new part that was needed, and came back to fix it within a few days.

The dishwasher had been having issues turning on for the past year, and a technician at a different company had taken a look, charged me, and told me I'd just needed to clean the filter. I'm so glad to have the problem fixed and be able to deal with someone who was truthful and knew what he was talking about. Thanks again, Sergey.

Awesome experience! We have an older Sub-Zero Refrigerator where the ice maker stopped working. We gave Quality Appliance Repair a call and they were quick to send someone out for an inspection/consult.

Sergey arrived and was honest and gave explanations to each area that needed repair. He also showed areas that he didn't think were necessary to repair at this time, but may need work in the future.

After the consult, the price estimate and timeline were very reasonable. We were able to get the repair done in a timely manner. Sergey arrived on time and worked very efficiently. He was thorough in checking all of his work. He was also considerate of my property and makes sure he leaves his workspace cleaner than when he arrived. Overall experience was great and he was very responsive to all of my questions!

This is the beauty of Yelp. You need food, drink, or a service, look at reviews, factor out a few of the cheerleaders and ax-grinders, and then enjoy excellent food, drink, or service. In this case, I was looking to get two of the four oven gas burners on my 20-year-old Frigidaire range working again. I mean, sometimes you need more than two to be working at once. I called Quality Appliance Repair and they had slots available as soon as the next day. I didn't need them that quickly, but I did arrange for a slot the next week.

Fast forward to repair day and 6' 6" (ish) tall Sergey was there right within the 2-hour time window that the shop had promised. I mention Sergey's height only because I live in a loft with a low kitchen ceiling. His head was right up against the ceiling. He took a look at the range, tried and failed to ignite the burners, did his Sergey thing and within 15 minutes and $90 later, they were working perfectly! On top of fixing the burners, Sergey showed me how to do some maintenance myself so I won't need to call for those repairs in the future. How about that for service?

Sergey at Quality is great 5 stars isn't enough. The man knows what he his doing. Straight to the point and direct no BS with him. His work is by far the best Quality Efficiient and Reasonable. I've had many other service techs for various things breaking down in house in my many years. These guys are the Best Highly Recommend. .

After being told by several other repair shops with high reviews on Yelp, who wouldn't even bother to come and assess the issue with my 9 year old Samsung refrigerator, to just get a new fridge, I called Quality Appliance Repair after seeing their great reviews with low hopes. Sergey came the next day and found the problem. He was so thorough with his checking everything. He even texted hours later to make sure my icemaker was working. If it had been in need of replacement, he said the part would be here in two days. I'd also been told by the other shops the parts are not even available! This is the place to call.

He answered all my questions patiently and I could tell that he really knew his stuff (and far superior to the other 'experts' I called). He showed up on time and immediately got to work. He explained everything he was doing and why - he was thorough and meticulous. He is extremely knowledgeable and he took the complex topic of what was going wrong with my freezer and explained it in simple terms that I could follow. I could tell that he cared about his craft and took pride in his work.

The oven door of our 20 year old Thermador was making a clicking sound when closing. I was in search of a technician who works on high-end appliances and chose Quality Appliance Repair based on all their excellent 5 star reviews. I requested Sergey since his name was mentioned several times. I was able to get an appointment the next day with a two hour window. I received text messages 30 minutes before arrival and when he was within minutes of my place. Sergey diagnosed the problem right away and ordered the part needed to save the hinge since hinges are no longer available for my old stove. He completed the repair two days later after receiving the part. He arrived right on time, and saved my oven door by changing the part which saved the hinge (no more clicking). Had the hinge broken the oven would be useless. He is extremely knowledgeable, nice, professional, explained and showed me the problem so I could understand, is focused and gets right to work. I will request Sergey for all my appliance needs. He is the best!! Getting an appointment was easy and a friendly person answers the phone to schedule appointments. Their rates are very reasonable.

My oven broken and my stove top has been 1/2 functioning for 2 years. Sergey was super responsive and able to diagnosis the problem quickly The parts were ordered. He repaired the oven and stove top quickly highly recommend!

My newish Samsung washing machine stopped draining -- I didn't read the fine print in my owner's manual, so didn't know that there is a filter in the washing machine that has to be cleaned out every few months! I couldn't get the little service door open to clean out the filter and was afraid of breaking it (really bad design which apparently has been improved in newer models).

In desperation, I called Quality Appliance Repair to see if they could open it for me today -- and Sergey arrived on time. Not only opened it for me and showed me how to do it (not easy!!!!) but also drained the water and cleaned out the filter. Stellar service for which I am truly grateful!

P.S. If you have a newer washing machine, be sure to clean out the filter every so often. Many YouTube "how-to" videos on this, but not on how to open that little door to the filter.

Sergey and Dimitri came over to do a dryer diagnosis and dryer vent cleaning, respectively. Both were prompt, extremely nice and communicative. Great service, would highly recommend!
