Quality Limo

I travel extensively for work and find that taxis are always a crap shoot when trying to get to the airport in the morning.
I found Quality Limo online and they offered a great rate and easy reservation and payment via their website.

I have used these guys twice in the last month and have been highly impressed with their service and drivers! They are always early, and so polite even when they have been up since the crack of dawn!

I highly recommend them if you are in need of a safe, reliable ride.

We were the first Groupon customers to utilize the Napa Valley wine tour and the service was fantastic. We ordered and additional 2 hours in trade for a Petaluma pick and so that I could chose our wineries in Sonoma Valley instead of Napa. I took my BF and his brother and his GF on their first tour ever and wanted make sure it was an enjoyable experience so I insisted on going to places I was more familiar with, that were closer to our launching pad and with and that I knew they would enjoy. Quality Limo was more than accommodating to these requests however we did ensure proper compensation (2+ hours and a good tip) as a thank you.

The service was fantastic. The driver was timely and organized and had a great sense of humor as we in the backseat were enjoying the giggle filled sillyness that often accompanies such events. We were only turned around once which I have to take responsibility for due to a lack of sense of direction and a substantial amount of wine consumption. I have been on several wine tours over the years and this was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable thus far. I will certainly book with them again in the future.

Booked the Groupon, he was very flexible with pickup and drop off. He picked me up at the hotel (showed up a couple mins early) and dropped me in town. I told him when I booked I planned to go over 4 hours. He was no pressure about time, I kept him 3 extra hours. We really enjoyed him. He opened the door for my wife every stop and pickup, replenished waters every stop (I was going to put a case in the car in the AM and he said no, he had it). He was a young guy that was personable and didn't talk too much, he could read us on if we wanted to talk to him or not. He isn't a Tour Operator, he is a driver, and that is what I expected. He didn't give us any great insight on wineries, but he knew his way around Napa and we just rolled past a hidden winery way up north Napa past castiglio. He had us on track in 5 mins.

I have since recommended him to a friend for her honeymoon in the beginning of October. I don't plan on being back anytime soon, but I certainly would call him if I was in need of a driver again in the area.

He shared some insight into San Fran for us too, as that was our next stop on the road trip.

It was very convenient, I would call or text him when we were done at the winery and he would come from the parking lot to get us curbside.

The car was immaculate, it was the executive stretched Lincoln with the controls for a/c, tissue, lit mirrors from the roof, passengers seat controls all in the back counsel. I was very surprised that he told me he bought the car from someone, he said he just started his business and the car was so clean I thought he bought it new.

We called Bay for a half day getaway to Napa. He showed up on time, and was very patients when our friends were not ready to go.

We all had a great afternoon in Napan..mostly because we didnt' have to worry about driving and parking - also nice to have curb side pick up when you have cases of wine to carry.

Bay's rates are reasonable. My friend who came with us to Napa used him again for a trip to the airport two days later and received the same reliable experience.

We had an amazing time on the Napa Valley Wine Tour that we purchased through Groupon. In fact, we told the owner of Quality Limo that he should be charging a LOT more for this tour!

He called to verify our pickup time and was prompt and polite. I'm not from the area, so I had all of the typical touristy questions on the drive and he knows the area very well (and didn't get annoyed with me lol). The car was clean and comfortable, and he had some bottled water for us for the trip.

We stopped first at the Carpe Diem Wine Bar, then at the Zinsvalley Restaurant and had a fabulous time at both. Our driver simply said to call him whenever we were ready to go, so we didn't feel rushed at all and took a bit of extra time, which we just paid for at the end.

I recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area - I was in San Fran for a week on business and this was definitely the highlight of our trip!

My girlfriends and I booked a limo for a holiday night out. We want to dance dance dance and DRINK with no worries. Bay, the driver was amazing- he was on time, friendly and very professional. The limo was clean, the seats were comfy. With NO doubt I would call quality limo service for another girls night out around town. Because it's worth knowing everyone will get home safe!
I would recommend Bay for any of your limo or transportation needs. You will feel like you are calling a friend and not just another limo service.

Bay2Breakers was impossible to flag down a cab, especially when groups of ppl were running after cabs!
Called quality limo and was so relieved after over 30minutes trying to catch an empty cab, Bay came to the rescue within minutes.

His is a black towncar, clean, and super spacey in the back so all you daddy long leggers can stretch out =)

I prebooked a car to pick me up at Oakland airport. They left me stranded there in the middle of a BART strike. They said the car was in an incident. When I said that I thought the just didn't want to cross the bridge in the middle of a strike the guy sort of sputtered.

I've prebooked car services all over the country and if one service has a problem they find another. This is standard practice for car services and small companies pool to manage their overflow work. Leaving someone stranded after accepting the booking is poor form.

There are tons of car services in San Francisco. Select one that will honor their prebooking.

Best Limo service in SF super friendly helpful driver. I had couple bad experience with limo services but i just got quality limo service. I will definitely call them again. Quality means quality. Good luck to quality limo service SF.

I've used quality limo couple of times when i arrived in the city, each time Bay exceeded my expectations with high professionalism, friendly manner and most importantly no one can beat the price. He was very timely, hospitable and as a visitor i was overly impressed by his recommendations on places to visit. Not only he is knowledgable about the city, he makes you feel very welcome. I was greeted with a fun little speech and he opened the door for me at every stops. 5 stars all the way!!!
