Quality Water Heater Service

David replaced my water heater today because there was a water leak. He was a very honest person. He gave me a price right away. This is a small business but quite frankly I like getting help from people who are the business owners themselves. He is very easy to deal with. You get a schedule right away. He was on time with his assistant. He have me updates about the unit he ordered, when it will come, and when he is ready to come out and do the work. Kudos David and your assistant!!!

Another Dave fan. Did my water heater replacement today. Turns out the old one has been running continuously with zero problems since 1997, or 27 years. Doubt I will be so lucky this time around.

Dave and his assistant were on time, always got back to me, and were efficient and clean in getting the old one out and the new one in. Looks great, and now we'll just have to see how long it lasts.. For sure don't think I will be so lucky this time around.

David 's business was everything I was looking for. Quality Water Heater Service is a locally owned small business. When you reach out, you speak to them and not some third-party service or a bot.
David is a pleasure to deal with... patient, no pressure, and gives you solid advice whether you work with him or another company.
In our situation, I could hear drips in our garage and discovered water leaking from the weld seams on our water heater.
When speaking to David, he asked questions questions, requested photos, and gave me a quote. He gave me time to do research and ask around. Upon doing so, I confirmed his quote was very reasonable. We talked around 10 AM. By 3 PM the old water heater was removed and a new one installed, and problem solved.
David's business is exactly what I was looking for. A local person that's been running a local company for several years and values their reputation. I contacted Dave for a water heater pilot light that wouldn't stay on. Dave first tried to solve the issue over the phone. After explaining to Dave I tried fixing it. Dave explained the best option at this point for a 13 year old water heater was to replace it instead of replacing parts. I really appreciate Dave trying to help. You don't see this type of service these days.

Spoke with Dave in the morning and by the afternoon, had new water heater installed. Installed an American made water heater as Dave recommended.

This is the second time I have used Quality Water Heater services. Most recently I had some light brown water and metallic smell from hot water after being gone for a few weeks. Called David to help troubleshoot. He was quick to respond, very polite and helpful. He flushed out the system - and replaced the water heater (which was still under warranty) . He even called the next day to make sure the brownish water issue was resolved. His prices are very reasonable. He is just a genuinely nice guy. I would definitely recommend him. And I plan on calling him again to flush out my system next year

I called in to install a new water heater and spoke to David (owner).
He is a very nice gentleman who suggested another product to solve my problem. Very experienced and gave me a free consultation. Not lot of people do that now a days. He could have easily taken my money and kept quiet about it. But he didn't. I see integrity in this man !

Our old water heater leaked and I called a few plumbers listed on Yelp. David responded right away and asked a few questions to give me an estimated quote. His pricing is very competitive and cheaper than some of the other plumbers in the area. I sent some photos and he said he could come the next day.

He came the next morning and replaced it with ease. David is very professional and knowledgeable. He gave some advice on maintenance and to call him if we ever have issues. Highly recommend!

Dave was awesome. My heater wouldn't heat up. Dave strongly encouraged me to fix it by myself. He told me to get the parts from the manufacturer, and after receiving it, he told me to look up on YouTube on the steps to install the parts. I was eventually able to fix the water heater myself without hiring a professional. Next time when I encounter something more complicated I will be sure to get Dave to help.
