I should've read all the 1 star reviews before I decided to have my iPhone X screen repaired here. Extremely overpriced, my iPhone GPS was completely broken after the screen was replaced.
BEWARE, DON'T RISK to bring your mobile phones here !!!

When contacted Louis and told him about the issue he was so defensive and did not admit that he completely broke the GPS antenna inside my phone!!! He said the gps has nothing to do with the screen repair. Yes it does! It was completely broken and the iPhone map was no longer usable right after I took my phone from his hand ! I even confirmed with people who worked at the apple store!!!
This guy Louis sounded like he is so knowledgeable about screen repair on mobile phones and I started to think either he just acted as if he knew a lot or he did knew that he completely f*ck*p my phone and tried to avoid the responsibility of having to fix my iPhone GPS !!!
I would rather using a fully usable iPhone with a broken screen that a fixed screen but completely broken GPS!!!
Now my phone is no longer usable and the price to replace the GPS antenna is even much higher than the price of the phone itself !

I don't trust this business, I believe in bad karma. Good luck!

10/10 I didn't catch his name but he really helped me out and went above and beyond when I needed to fix my phone's issue with charging with a very thorough cleaning. Thanks again so much I will definitely come back if and when my phone acts up again

Great communication--fast quote and responded to text. I took my phone in thinking I needed a new charging port, but they told me it just needed to be cleaned. They spent about 10 mins cleaning it and it charge...and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I appreciate the honesty and fast service!

My charger port was no longer working so I sent inquiries to a number of repair shops in the area through yelp. Louis was prompt and knowledgeable in his reply, while also offering the best competitive price. I came in and he was very friendly and communicative, making what I thought would be an annoying charger port replacement into a quick and easy cleaning. He was so kind, honest, helpful -- this business has all good qualities in a solid local spot! I'd recommend Louis over and over again

Louis at Quick Communications analyzed my iPhone for FREE, gave me three screws, spent 20 minutes of his time on me, just to tell me my iPhone was running fine. (I dropped it in salt water). He even refused to take a tip for helping me!
