I have had mixed feelings about QQ especially in the arena of customer Service. They are the only game in town so I am stuck to a point. Today I
Went and had issues Yamileth and Julie who were working check in tried their best to help me. They were patient and personable. Still unresolved I requested the manager and was introduced to Zack. He said this was his store and he had been absent for some time but was now back. He explained what the hiccup was and offered a solution. He clearly cares about his customers and is aware of things that need tweaking to allow for a safer, streamlined experience. It was a pleasure talking with him and he actually remembered that I was a frequent customer and what my cars were. It's only a car wash you may say but it's spending money repeatedly at a business so it's nice to be appreciated as a customer and receive personable and excellent customer service that feel's genuine.
The employees that I mentioned are definitely That. I joined the membership because of them.

Feb 22, 2023Previous reviewFemale Manager is rude and has been each time I have come here. Sells monthly's and says it's a month from when you start but then does not honor it and says she did not say it. When you pay for the car wash in cash, they don't give you your change. I understand it is only a penny, but is the principle of the matter. Said female manager acts like she is offended when after she walks away assuming you are not going to question And you ask for your change. She responds that they're out of pennies today. I've had this issue with this car wash since they have started. Others employees there have said I am not the only one that feels this way I also understand that I choose to come back because where I live it is the only decent self serve car wash around. There have been car wash employees working there that are very personable and kind so I have had positive experiences there before hence the three star.
If paying cash is a $12 car wash, then post it if not then post you don't give change. Just be honest with your customers.Sep 3, 2021Previous reviewThis is a good place to go get the ash off your car at a reasonable Price. Super busy these days and usually the vacuum area is a mess and not all the equipment is working.
But For 9.99 basic wash it's worth putting up with it. Although I'm not fond of the overwhelming smell of marijuana In the vacuum area. It has been so bad I have left and returned later on when it's lightened up. I have 3 cars so I'm there once a week and it never fails there is a strong odor of marijuana in the vacune area. So for those of us that don't appreciate that it's disappointing.
Employees are very friendly and the car wash itself does a good job.
If you pay cash don't expect change, even if you ask for it they say they don't have pennies. It's not the money it's the principal.
Price you car wash at $10.00 and call it a day. Don't sell it for $9.99 and refuse to give change.
Quick Quack Hayward Needs attention by management to address these issues. Even at 3 stars it's close and the wash does a good job so I will look forward to adding stars. - Apr 21, 2024
What a WASTE of $25.
I can't believe the lady working the register had the audacity to get an attitude with me when I said I didn't wanna sign up for the monthly subscription especially if this is the end product?! My truck is still filthy. This "car wash" couldn't even get muddy water off my truck. I literally washed money down the drain with a terrible product experience. This will be the very last time I visit a quick quack again. Thanks for nothing!

this car wash damaged my rims that i just had resurfaced by BMW. i felt my car being forced up from the track and then falling back into place - which the videos i had requested - proved. one of the employees made up an incident report but i was followed up with an email denying their responsibility. when i called, i was met with an argumentative tone from a person named zach who was clearly just trained to deny accountability. when i asked to speak with someone else he told me there was no one else. typical. in conclusion, even if your car is less than 3 years old (like mine) they will still not cover any damage costs their car wash has done to your vehicle, even with proof in hand.
response to owner's reply :
the video isn't clear enough to see damage on the rims before or after the wash. also, the marks are from the car being pushed up from the track and falling back in - not from your thick silicone. lastly, there'd be no point in coming to look at the track if you're already denying what happened with the proof at hand. it's clear that your wash denies accountability at all costs and your replies are only to redeem your online appearance. bye.

Hello Jolene - we apologize that you have had an unsatisfactory experience and disagree with the outcome of your claim. This claim was denied because our track is coated in a thick silicone coating to prevent any type of damage and the footage of your wash shows that there is no damage present on the wheel entering or exiting the wash. Our store leader did offer to meet with you at the wash so you could see the wash and the area where you believe the damage occurred, but you did not accept that offer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for damage that was not caused by the wash. We apologize for any frustration and hope to better serve you in the future.

I don't understand this model. $25 for a drive-through car wash and you have to vacuum your car yourself. I can get the same car wash at the gas station for $10.

Frantasia W.Oakland, CA222023Jul 29, 2023Went through the car wash maybe used them 3 times , noticed a piece of my car came off in the wash and I was told it's not their responsibility. Was not even apologetic they based it in the year of my car which is a 2017 Nissan Maxima, which I've only had for three years , and I've used several car washes before this particular car wash and never have I had this experience.
But again no apologies and no responsibility even after their own representative had to go a fetch the piece out of the car wash
They don't take responsibility , and it was stated that it's just snaps on , well it didn't snap back

Hello Frantasia W. - We are sorry that you had an unsatisfactory experience and disagree with the outcome of your claim. As our signage at the entrance of the car wash states, We are only responsible for items that are factory-installed, secured, undamaged, and on vehicles that are less than five years old. This claim was denied because the vehicle is over 5 years old which may have been the leading cause as to why this incident occurred. Over time, through normal wear and tear, parts become less secure and are more easily removed. Nothing malfunctioned during your wash to cause this incident so unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for this incident since it does fall in line with incidents that can occur with the age of the vehicle and is advised by our signage before you enter the wash. We apologize for any frustration you have experienced and wish you the best
