Do you guys do auto detailing, evolving into a flex service car wash where people can choose full service or exterior only? Are air freshners applied or is it self service?

Hi guys we have a membership and yesterday we went to get our car washed, but the supervisor said you have a new policy that you cannot do cars with roof racks. Is this true? So we have to cancel our membership.

We accept factory-installed roof racks. Most aftermarket racks are high profile and can lead to damage in the wash.

With all the smoke and dust in the air, I find myself getting more car washes than normal. I've always been a fan of drive-thru car-washes due to the convenience and Quick Quack Car Wash fits the bill. This is not a full-service car-wash, so you'll have to take care of the finishing touches.
They have two lanes for you to lineup in. Once it's your turn, you'll 3 different levels of car washes to choose from. The staff will process your payment and hand you a dashboard wipe to use for your interior. The staff guides you into the car wash to get lined up with the tracks and you'll be on your way. Once you drive through the touchless wash, they have parking spots with vacuums to finish up your car cleaning.
The dryer isn't the strongest, so definitely bring extra microfiber towels with you to do one final wipedown of your vehicle
It's your typical car wash menu, the more you pay, the more wax and extra benefits you'll receive during your drive-thru. Basic will run you 9.99, better - $15.99, best - $19.99. What's unique here is that you can buy a monthly pass, which is also affordable if you plan on getting your car washed more than 2-3 times a month.
The staff is super friendly and adhered to all safety guidelines during my last visit. It's located in the same parking lot as in-n-out, so the line getting in can be congested. Even with the congestion the line moved pretty fast for me. Overall, for the price and convenience, I will definitely be back.

Thanks to this place, my car is always clean! For the most part the vacuum cleaners work. Occasionally, due to over use, some do require some TLC but without a doubt, Jennifer and Isiah are "Quick" to take action. Cosmetically my pathfinder isn't aesthetically pleasing, but the inside is absolutely fabulous!
Thank you so much for taking good care of me. And in return I'm able to prove a safe clean and comfortable experience for my passengers.

If a car wash can't clean the bugs off from the front end of a vehicle, how do you expect it to "clean" anything else? I've reached out for a refund and conveniently haven't heard back. Not surprised. Waste of money.

Quick Quack provides a very great wash; however, it is an express wash so road grime or bugs that have set on the car for a while or some of the tougher dirt may require an extra run through which we provide without question as we offer a clean car guarantee. Ended up canceling my membership. The company confirmed the dryer made contact but they were not responsible for the ding to my glass moon roof. Makes no sense.
Deny and avoid is their strategy. Just buy a power washer off Amazon (for the price of 2 months of their membership) and avoid this place. It will damage your car then they will deny it.

As our store leader explained the blowers did come in contact with your vehicle, but not in the area of claimed damage. Also, the blowers at our location have rubber ends so they would not be able to produce the type of damage that is claimed. We did perform a thorough investigation into your claim; however, it does show that the damage claimed could not have been caused by our wash. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for damage that was not caused by the wash. We apologize for any frustration you have experienced and wish you the best.

Only one lane works so the line backs up into oncoming traffic. Pure chaos.
The staff is nice but not in a position to succeed. The wash hit my car and they had no clue how to handle it.
Just avoid this place - not at all worth the hassle or potential accident you subject yourself to.

This was still there after the wash. It's as if the mud was not even touched although the bird poop was half gone. Looks like the was missed all of the bottomed of my car . I was going to sign up for a subscription but rethinking the lack of quality, consistency and value

Artsiom K.San Francisco, CA064Sep 17, 2023I had my car hit from the back on left line at the middle of the drying cycle by the next car in the line. Filled report. The manager (Mohamed) or may be the owner contacted me in almost 5 days and provided fraction of video. On my request to get record of longer video he offered to make insurance claim with my insurance company. The impact happened before "go" light turned on. I checked google and yelp reviews and customers mentioned identical cases in close past. This problem is not resolved. They still operating it as is and guilt tripping customers. In my case he said I was on the phone and ignored the "go" light. The video provided did not reflect the honk sound right before the impact. It shows only moving car and light turning on at the end. (Impact happened before light turned on).
This incident can be prevented if employees don't send cars to line very close to each other.
Looks like businesses owner trying to squeeze every possible penny of the cycle and not taking care of customers damages during the process.
The light has to be in the shadow in order to be noticeable at bright sun light during the noon time.

Hello Artsiom K. - we apologize for any frustration you have experienced and that you disagree with the outcome of your claim; however, there was no malfunction of the wash that contributed to this incident. This incident was caused by driver negligence when you failed to exit the wash. At the time of your claim, you stated that the "Go" light never turned on; however, upon reviewing the footage of your wash you can clearly see that the Go light does come on and that you were on your phone but did not exit the wash as instructed. The collision occurred after the go light had finished its cycle and turned off. Our store leader has sent you the relevant footage of this incident. If your insurance company would like more information or longer footage they can make that request. Every vehicle is spaced safely and as long as all directions are followed will travel through the wash and exit safely. Upon entering the wash every customer is given the safety instructions to 1) Place the vehicle in neutral 2) remove your hands from the wheel, and 3) remove your foot from the brake. When these instructions are followed your vehicle will be pushed along through the tunnel in a safe manner until the directional signage at the end of the wash instructs you to "go" at which point you will place the vehicle in drive again and exit safely. Unfortunately, these safety instructions were not followed in this case causing this incident. The wash did not malfunction in any way during your visit and the damage caused was due to driver error. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for damage that was not caused by the wash. We wish you the best.
