Quick Quack Car Wash

The best bang for your buck when it comes to a drive thru car wash, the tire cleaning portion at the end is a game changer that I haven't seen at any other place I've been too. Also, if you can catch them when they are having a $9.99 first month special for unlimited car washes then it's the absolute plug of the century. When I have that membership I go all the time, my car looks shiny 24/7.

Staff is super friendly and welcoming and they always give you a dash wipe every-time you go. Side note, free vacuum stations on the side of the establishment too, full package!

Love quick quack thanks all - it was a wonderful time. I suggest playing in the car wash.

I tried this place a year ago when I bought my brand new car after hearing good things about it. When I got home, I noticed my front license plate was missing. I went back there and it had fallen off during the wash. I went to the dealership and they put it back on for me and made sure it was secure

Fast forward to one year later. I gave it another chance and went by yesterday hoping nothing would happen this time. After the wash I got home my front license plate was bent and half of it had fallen off.

My front license plate is only able to insert 2 screws, not 4. It is secure and the dealership and I have always made sure. I usually take my car to Dublin to get washed inside and out, never any issues before. I have taken my car to drive through car washes, never happened before. This has happened twice here within a year apart from each other

The people who work there are nice. So I will give 2 star for that. However I will not take another chance

Despite having no plans to get my car washed, I couldn't resist stopping at Quick Quack Car Wash while driving by. The customer service was top-notch and efficient, and for a minimum of $14.99, even my tires received a shine. Self-serve vacuums were also available. Although I didn't sign up for a membership, I will surely return.

Touchless car washes generally offer similar quality, mainly differing in chemicals. Quick Quack Car Wash is a favorite of mine because, for $29.99 a month, you get unlimited washes. This is perfect for keeping my cars especially the one with chameleon paint, looking fresh all weekend.

Ambiance:
Fun flashing lights create a cool vibe and are perfect for Instagram boomerangs.

Convenience:
I never really arrive to a line but I'm always there when they open too so ‍ also they are everyyyyywhere in California so you can drive from Nor Cal to So Cal and stay fresh the whole way.

While touchless washes are similar, Quick Quack's membership pricing and Instagrammable setup make it stand out. Check out my before and after video to see how well it cleaned my car. I still prefer a hand-detailed job with a wax, but I'd give Quick Quack 3 out of 5 stars.

Bad Experience Review for Quick Quack Car Wash at 17945 Hesperian Blvd, San Lorenzo, CA 94580

I have been to this Quick Quack location multiple times, usually opting for the basic wash. On June 25, I decided to try the middle-tier package for the first time. When I left, everything seemed fine. However, the next day, I noticed my car still had soap residue on it, indicating a poor quality wash.

I returned to the location today to address the issue and spoke with the assistant manager. Unfortunately, she was extremely rude and dismissive of my concerns. Instead of helping me, she accused me of lying about my visit, insisting that my last wash was on June 22. I reiterated that I was there yesterday and just wanted to resolve the issue with a basic wash to move on with my day. Despite my reasonable request, she refused to accommodate me, citing their policy of only honoring same-day complaints.

This experience has been incredibly disappointing. Due to the poor customer service and unsatisfactory wash quality, I can no longer recommend this location. I highly suggest finding another car wash that values its customers and provides a higher standard of service. Avoid Quick Quack Car Wash at all costs.

This is my spot for a car wash! The lines can be long sometimes but since it's self serve, they go pretty quickly. If your car isn't clean the first time, you can keep going back in. I have the monthly membership but usually cancel it during winter months. IMO it's worth it if you take your car every couple of days. I was taking mine every other day and vacuuming it atleast once a week just because i could. They provide you towels to wipe your card down and give you dash wipes if you ask. I usually just wipe my dash down with the towels i use to dry my car off. Super user friendly and for the most part the service writers are nice.
